From Testnet Success to Alpha Phase

After successfully completing our Journey Phase in testnet, Demos Network is now spreading its wings and looking to broaden our community. We're excited to announce the Demos Rewards Campaign, inviting both our dedicated early supporters and newcomers to join us on the path to creating the Omniweb.

A New Approach to Digital Identity

Demos Identity serves as the bridge between traditional web services from Web3 applications to social platforms, and even gaming and financial ecosystems—creating value by connecting previously siloed digital experiences while maintaining both public connectivity and private security. How to Participate

Getting started is simple:

1. Visit the identity site at identity.demos.sh

2. If it is your first time signing up for a Demos Identity click “create new Demos Identity”

3. Follow the on screen prompts to generate your seed recovery phrase, enter the missing words to prove you have saved your phrase

4. Once completed click close and securely store your seed recovery phrase, now you can log into the identity system

5. Once logged in, link your Web3 wallets by entering the wallet address and clicking connect wallet, then sign in your wallet for that account

6. To add Twitter to your new Demos identity, click authorise and post the proof to your timeline and paste the link to the post into the window

7. You will see your current points and your demos public key. You can log back in at anytime and see your current points by reentering your seed phrase.

8. Any problems or if anything is unclear please join us in Telegram or Discord

Quality Over Quantity: Participation Guidelines

Our approach to ecosystem growth prioritizes quality participation over unsustainable expansion. To ensure we build with committed participants who bring genuine value to the network, we recommend having:

• An active Twitter account

• Active Web3 wallets

These accounts should demonstrate genuine activity and will be checked for authenticity and liveness. Our goal is to welcome participants who bring authentic social capital and Web3 experience to the Demos Network.

Alpha Rewards Structure: Points System

Points earned during sign-up will directly correspond to the rewards you receive in the future. You'll earn 5 points for linking your Twitter account and 2 points per Web3 wallet connected. For example, linking Twitter and one Web3 wallet makes you eligible for 7 points. Each additional identity connection increases your point total within the ecosystem.

Our Phased Incentive Approach

The Demos Rewards Program will roll out in multiple phases, each introducing new ways to participate and earn rewards:

1. Phase One: Identity connection and initial point accumulation

2. Phase Two: Activation of referral rewards to grow your points potential

3. Phase Three: Introduction of leaderboards for social engagement and technical contributions alongside Demos network and wallet testing.

4. Phase Four: Testing of additional Demos features, alongside partner community identity campaigns

This phased approach ensures steady, quality-focused growth while allowing participants to engage more deeply with each aspect of the ecosystem.

Progressive Engagement Opportunities

As users establish their base identity within Demos, the ecosystem will roll out additional rewards for deeper platform interaction. You can earn more through additional identity verification alongside payment and asset transfer by facilitating economic activity within the ecosystem. Authentication services provide another avenue for reward accumulation through interacting with partner campaigns and adding verified credentials to your identity profile. Build your reputation through meaningful engagement on Demos social platforms, particularly through Discord or Telegram participation and X community engagement.

The Power of Portable Identity

The Demos Identity system makes user credentials portable and valuable across multiple contexts. Your established reputation and verified credentials become assets that enhance your ability to participate in various ecosystem activities—from gaming to financial services.

Security Guarantees

Your security is paramount. All account linking is done via cryptographic signatures, with linked accounts assigned to your identity in the Demos ecosystem. You maintain complete control—Demos cannot transact or control your accounts.

Note: Currently Demos Identities are not encrypted, this means the identities you link are associated to your demos account and this is visible on the blockchain.  Whilst this does not impose any security risk, we will be implementing encryption for identities to offer complete privacy for those that require it, in the near future.
