Takara is introducing the Contributor & Community Share Program (TCCS) as part of its tokenomics strategy to recognize and reward content creators who are building and engaging within the Sei Network ecosystem. We believe that creators are the heartbeat of any community, and through TCCS, we aim to provide long-term incentives that fuel innovation, virality, and engagement. By aligning rewards with impactful contributions, Takara ensures that creators who amplify our mission receive sustained benefits over time.

2. Emission Schedule & Distribution

• Total Allocation: 1% of total $TAK supply

• Emission Period: 2 years

• Yearly Breakdown:

  • Year 1: 50% – Bootstrapping engagement, onboarding top contributors

  • Year 2: 50% – Scaling consistent community participation and sustaining governance

3. Participant Tiers & Reward Structure To ensure fair distribution and maximize impact, contributors will be categorized into four tiers.

4. Selection Process To ensure high-quality participation, the following selection methods will be used:

• S-Tier (Elite Contributors)

  • Invite-only or via application

  • Reviewed by Takara Core Team and community governance

  • Must submit a portfolio of viral content and engagement analytics

• A-Tier (High-Impact Creators)

  • Application-based (Google Form, Discord submission, or direct application via X DMs)

  • Reviewed based on past engagement, content quality, and participation history

  • Dynamic promotion system: top-performing B-Tier members can be upgraded

• B-Tier (Active Community Builders)

  • Open participation, performance-based entry

  • Eligibility based on engagement over the last 3 months

  • Can be promoted to A-Tier with consistent contributions

• C-Tier (Casual Participants)

  • Open to all users who engage with Takara content

  • Rewards are based on engagement snapshots (e.g., top engagers per campaign)

5. Governance & Community Voting

• S-Tier members will have voting power to help decide future campaigns and reward structures.

• NFT-Gated Access: Top contributors will receive exclusive NFT badges unlocking special perks & boost.

• Retroactive Multiplier Rewards: If content exceeds virality thresholds (e.g., 100K+ impressions), extra rewards will be distributed retroactively.

6. Anti-Farming Measures

• Engagement metrics will be weighted to prevent gaming of the system.

• Manual verification for S/A-Tier applicants to ensure quality contributions.

• Blacklist Mechanism: If bot-driven engagement is detected, users will be disqualified.
