The People's Alliance Overview

The People's Alliance comprises 50 protocols from all over Web3, jointly valued at $10B+. They are united by the mission of rewarding Linea communities' loyalty. With this goal in mind, The Alliance is allowing YOU to participate in a 100% fair Inscription and join us as an ALLY.

This event, hosted within the Linea network goes live on Jan 4th, at 2PM UTC. Together, they’re giving you the opportunity to run an Inscription system designed for full community ownership, a first-of-its-kind and an industry milestone.

This event gives users an equal chance to mint Inscriptions by demonstrating their community membership. 100% of all Inscriptions will be available for minting. Different Alliance Members will also separately host reward programs for Inscription holders.

Getting Started: Gather Your Tools

Before you dive in, you’ll need:

• An Invite Code: Grab one via friends or Alliance Members. Look for #JoinTheAlliance but avoid untrustworthy links. You can acquire invite codes here.

• Discord & Twitter Accounts: Essential for registration.

• A Web3 Wallet: Connect a regular-use wallet for verifying community tasks and receiving rewards.

The Verification Steps

To get verified:

1. Meet the Prerequisites: Gather your invite code, Discord, Twitter, and Web3 wallet.

2. Head to the Platform: Visit ally.build and start the verification by clicking "Inscribe Now" or "Join Now."

3. Connect and Follow: Connect your Twitter and Discord, and follow Particle Network.

4. Enter Your Invite Code: Enter the code to progress.

5. Connect Your Wallet: Hook up your wallet for initial rewards.

6. Connect Particle Wallet: Connect one of your Web2 accounts, which will generate a Particle Wallet. You will use your Particle Wallet to send and mint Inscriptions and can access it anytime through the same Web2 account you used here. Learn how we secure these wallets.

About the Inscription

Before discussing how to mint them, here are some important details about this Inscription:

Name: The People's Alliance Inscription.

• Ticker: ALLY.

• Inscription Standard: ORC-20. This brand-new standard, the Omnichain Inscription Standard, will play a key role within the Linea chain and across EVM networks.

• Total available Mints: 21,000,000.

• Min. number of Inscriptions per Mint: 1,000.

• Max. number of Inscriptions per Mint: 10,000.

• Total supply: 21,000,000,000 Inscriptions.

Inscription Mechanics: The Heart of the Campaign

Understanding Inscription Cards:

• Regular Inscribe Cards (Green): Pay gas fees on Linea to mint inscriptions.

  On this page, you can also see the “Mint*10” button, which allows you to use 10 regular Inscribe Cards at once. If you wish, you can toggle “Auto-Confirm” to reduce the number of steps necessary to Mint –this means you won’t have to manually confirm your Minting, although gas will still be deducted from your account.

• Gasless Inscribe Cards (Pink): Mint without gas fees.

Minting Process:

1. Click ‘Mint’: Use your cards to mint inscriptions.

   You can pay for gas fees with ETH initially, with USDC and USDT to be added down the line

2. Gas Payments: If not using a Gasless Card, you'll need to cover gas fees.

3. Confirm Transaction: Sign off and mint.

Acquiring Tokens for Gas on Linea

Lacking gas? Here’s what you can do:

• Withdraw from CEX: Transfer to your Particle Wallet if the exchange supports Linea.

• Cross-Chain Swap: Use protocols like Linea Bridge, Orbiter Finance or Meson for bridging.

Spinning for Fortune

By selecting “Spin” on the Inscription page, you’ll be taken to a roulette-like game where you can use your points to earn Inscription Cards and points.

Participants have the opportunity to engage in three types of spins:

1. Inscribe Card Spin: This is the basic spin where participants can use their accumulated points to spin a roulette for a chance to win up to 5 Inscribe Cards or a single Gasless Card.

2. Super Spin: Offering a chance to win up to 50,000 points in one go, the Super Spin requires participants to complete certain tasks on the Community page to unlock this spin type.

3. Regular Spin: The standard spin option allows participants to earn points without the added multipliers of the Super Spin. Additional chances for this spin can also be unlocked by completing tasks on the Community page.

Community Page: Where Engagement Meets Reward

Here, complete tasks set by the 50+ Alliance Members to earn points and cards. Verify your actions on Galxe and claim your rewards.

1. Once you have identified a task you qualify or want to qualify for, select “Verify.” This will often take you to a Galxe page. You’ll need to connect the same Web3 wallet you connected to our platform to Galxe for your tasks to get verified across both platforms.

2. Within Galxe, look for the task you want to qualify for. Then, select “Detail,” which will take you to another page where you can complete the task. In some cases, Galxe may ask you to verify some social accounts, like your Twitter, before being able to do this.

3. Once you have completed the task successfully, its status will change to show a checkmark.

4. Similarly, on the project’s page, the “Verify” button will change to “Claim.” By clicking it, you can claim the rewards attached to the card. You can now move on to other tasks or other communities to continue Inscribing.

Personal, Squad, and Referrals page

The Personal, Squad, and Referrals page of The People’s Alliance Inscription campaign is where participants can find invite links to form their Squad and view various tasks to complete for points.

Inviting new members to your Squad using a referral code grants immediate points, with further points awarded as your recruits (and their invites) complete tasks. You can share your invite codes here.

Tasks successfully completed by the Squad are rewarded with points that can be claimed and contribute to earning more minting opportunities within the campaign.

Leaderboard: Measure Your Success

Track your progress against other participants and climb the ranks in real-time. On Jan 4th, every user will have an equal chance to mint, starting at the same time.
