In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the central economic work conference and the deployment of the Jilin provincial Party committee and the provincial government to expand effective investment, actively respond to the triple pressures of shrinking demand, supply shock and weakening expectations, especially hedge the impact of the COVID-19 in Jilin Province since March 2022, while resolutely doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, we will expand effective investment with unconventional efforts and speed up project construction, Give full play to the key role of investment in stable economic growth and ensure the achievement of the expected investment growth target in 2022.
