Screening and Interview
Applicants who pass the initial screening will participate in a more in-depth evaluation, including assessments of social media influence and relevant skills. Ultimately, 20 volunteers will be selected to join our team（flexible due to the variation of performance）.
Effect Tracking and Assessment
We will use a custom Excel spreadsheet to track each volunteer's activities and outcomes. The data will include the number of tweets, interaction rates, and new community members, among others. We will update this data daily to ensure all participants meet the expected level of activity.
