1.在第一次来特攻队 AMA 后的几个月，Killabears 和 Killabit 的价格已经翻倍，期间做了什么运营活动？

What kind of operational activities were done during the months after the first visit to NFTunit AMA, when the floor price of KILLABEARS and the price of KILLABIT doubled?

很高兴更多的 Holders 在这段时间中加入 Killabears 。地板价其实就是 Killabears 行动的体现。

Killabears 发售之后，我们向社区中的 Holders 空投了 Killabit 。对我们来说，这的确是一笔比较大的开销，但这是我们社区成员们想要的。

Killabears 开发了包含很多情节和视频的新故事，以让质押达到游戏的体验。在第一章质押结束后，质押的玩家们就可以获得 Killagears 。我们的质押时间也不是很长，只有30天。

现在我们正在进行第二期的质押，整个团队都在持续专注于 Killabears 的故事。

I'm glad more Holders have joined KILLABEARS in the meantime, the floor price is really a reflection of the KILLABEARS initiative.
After KILLABEARS went on sale, we airdropped KILLABIT to the Holders in our community, which was a lot of money for us to spend, but it was what our community wanted.
KILLABEARS developed a new story with many episodes and videos to bring the stake to the game experience. Our stake is not very long, only 30 days.
We are now in the second phase of the stake and the entire team is continuing to focus on the KILLABEARS story.
In short, we continue to focus on the community and listen to our members. Our team never stops working.

2.为什么选择空投而不是出售 Killabit ？

Why choose airdrop instead of selling KILLABIT?

这是我们根据社区反馈做出的决定，最后选择空投。整个社区并不希望我们像其他项目一样拿钱就走，而是希望用短期利益换取长期利益。

We made our decision based on community feedback, so we ended up with an airdrop. The whole team didn't want us to take the money and leave like other projects, but wanted to trade short-term benefits for long-term benefits.

What will be the next KILLAGEARS?

Killagears 其实是第一章质押 30 天后的奖励，一共有 12 种。我们也建立了专门网站让 Holder 们可以装备武器。

与此同时，Holder 们也可以选择 Burn 掉现在持有的Killagears 来升级持有的 Killabit 。用 Burn 掉Killagears 来升级 Killabit 这一机制主要是为了制造通缩。

KILLAGEARS is actually a reward after 30 days of staking the first chapter, there are 12 types. We have also set up a special website for Holders to equip their weapons.
The main purpose of this mechanism is to create deflation.

4.第二章质押 45 天，为什么这么长？

Chapter 2 needs to stake 45 days, why is it so long?

社区对我们第一章 30 天的质押感觉非常有趣，我们收到了很好的反馈。在讨论第二章质押的时候，我个人是偏向于 90 天的质押时长。但是，社区更偏向于 45 天，那我就接受了社区的意见。

对于质押而言，质押时间长并不是好的标识。在第二章质押中，我们还有不同的玩法和变化，但是现在我们的质押才刚刚开始，我还不能透露太多。

The community had a lot of fun with our 30-day stake and we received great feedback. When discussing the Chapter 2 stake, I personally favored a 90-day stake length. However, the community preferred 45 days, so I took the community's advice.
Longer stakes are not a good marker. We have different ways to play and change things up in Chapter 2 stakes, but we're just getting started with our stakes, so I can't reveal too much yet.

5.Killatoys 什么时候上架？为什么选择了现在那些Killabears 的形象做成玩偶？

When will KILLATOYS hit the shelves? Why did you choose the image of those Killabears to make dolls now?

Killatoys 的形象都是社区进行投票后选出的。最开始的时候一共有 2000 只 Killabears 提交申请，最后一共投票选出了 20 只。但是，其中部分 Killabears 的形象在生产中不能实现，我们最终选择了现在的 4 只 Killabears 。

有关于这 4 只 Killabears 的版权，我们也和他们的持有者沟通并解决了版权问题。预计每种形象会生产 300 只。

我们已经和工厂签约，Killatoys 也已经开始生产。但是如何可以买到 Killatoys 还不能说。我们现在是在构想如何将购买过程变得更加有趣，就像我们的质押机制一样。

The KILLATOYS images were selected through a community vote. At the beginning, there were 2,000 KILLABEARS submitted, and a total of 20 were finally voted on. However, some of the KILLABEARS could not be realized in production, so we finally chose the current four KILLABEARS, and we communicated with the owners of these four KILLABEARS to resolve the copyright issue. It is expected that 300 of each image will be produced.
We have already signed a contract with the factory and the production of KILLATOYS has already started. But we can't say how to buy KILLATOYS yet. We are now thinking about how to make the purchase process more interesting, like our stake mechanism.

6.Killacubs 在 Killabears 中扮演一个怎样的角色？

What is the role of KILLACUBS in KILLABEARS?

Killacubs 一共会发行 6666 个，是 Killabears 发行数量的两倍。这 6666 个中，一部分会给到拥有 3 只熊的 OG 们。OG 们可以通过设计，获得和现在持有的 Killabears 形象差不多的 Killacubs 。大致的操作就像是，OG 们可以从 15 个特征中选择 3 个，以获得自己想要的 Killacubs 。

Killacubs 计划明年 Mint，现在艺术设计已经完成。目前团队并不想行事过快，而是想做对社区有利的事情。

KILLACUBS will be released in 6666 pieces, which is twice the number of KILLABEARS released. The OG's can get KILLACUBS that are similar to the image of KILLABEARS they have now through design, and the general operation is that the OG's can choose 3 out of 15 features to get the KILLACUBS they want.
KILLACUBS plan to mint next year, now the art design has been completed. The team does not want to move too fast at the moment, but wants to do what is good for the community.

7.项目方原是游戏公司，在 Killabears 游戏方面有什么可以透露的？

The project is originally a game company, what can you tell us about the Killabears game?

是的，我们在移动端游戏经验丰富，在 Apple Store 中也曾到达过下载量 Top10，下载总量也达到 3500 万。

我们很希望 Killabears 在一个游戏生态中，同时，Killabears 也成为游戏的一部分。但是对现在的市场来说，游戏并不是一个好主意。现在我们更专注于 Holder。现在许诺，如果社区不愿意，便不符合社区的利益。

Yes, we have a lot of experience in mobile games and have reached the top 10 downloads in the Apple store and 35 million downloads in total.
We would love to have KILLABEARS in a game ecosystem, and at the same time, KILLABEARS to be a part of the game. But for the current market, games are not a good idea. Now we are more focused on the holder, and it is not in the interest of the community to make promises if the community does not want them.

8.Killabit 的功能是什么？和 Killabears 有什么区别？

What is the function of KILLABIT? What is the difference between KILLABEARS and KILLABIT?

持有 Killabears 系列的任何 NFT 都可以进入 Killabears 的社区中，但是不同系列的持有者之间确实会有分层，最好便是成为 Killabears 的 OG。

Any NFT with a KILLABEARS series can enter the KILLABEARS community, but there is indeed a hierarchy between the different series holders, and it is best to become a KILLABEARS OG.

9.Killabears 的地板价和生态还不错。有没有考虑融资？

The floor price and ecology of KILLABEARS is not bad. Have you considered investing? Why or why not?

我们在过去几个月中几乎每天都有 VC 联系。在投资这方面，我持开放态度，但是目前我们更关心社区。希望之后，社区、团队和投资者都能一条心。现在我们依旧选择独立运作，继续前进。

We have been in contact with VCs almost every day for the past few months. I'm open-minded when it comes to investing, but right now we're more interested in the community. Hopefully, in the future, the community, the team and the investors will all be on the same page. For now, we've chosen to remain independent and move forward.

10.Holder 是否拥有持有的 Killabears 的版权？如果有可以如何使用？

Does Holder hold the copyright to KILLABEARS? If so, how can it be used?

Holder 们 100% 拥有所持 Killabears 的使用权和版权。但是，不可以将持用的 Killabears 形象与 Killabears 这个名字一起用。如果只使用 Killabears 的形象，我们非常欢迎。

Killatoys 就是个很好的例子。Killatoys 的形象都是和它们的 Holder 们签合同获取授权的。

我们现在也在考虑如何让社区中更多人加入进来，并因此获利，也已经于知识产权律师谈过如何更好的运用 Killabears 这一 IP。但是限于美国的金融管制，我们也在想一些方法。

用 Killabears 的形象来拍电影来举例。假如电影中出现 5 只 Killabears 的形象，我们就会将 10% 的版权费回馈给拥有 Killatraits 的 Holder 们组成的团队，让他们自己决定如何处理这笔资金。这样就可以避开金融管制。如果直接给所有 Holder们，这就与分红类似，会被调查和管制。

Holders own 100% of the rights to use and copyright KILLABEARS. However, it is not permitted to use the KILLABEARS image in conjunction with the name KILLABEARS. If you only use the KILLABEARS image, you are more than welcome to do so.
KILLATOYS is a good example. The KILLATOYS images are licensed under contract to their owners.
We are now considering how to get more people in the community to join and profit from this, and have talked to an intellectual property attorney about how best to use the KILLABEARS IP, but due to financial regulations in the U.S., we are also thinking of ways to do this. For example, let's use the image of KILLABEARS in a movie. If there are 5 KILLABEARS in the movie, we will give back 10% of the royalty to the Holder who owns the KILLTRAITS to form their own team and let them decide how to handle the money. This way, we can avoid financial controls. If we give it directly to all the holders, it is similar to dividends and will be investigated and regulated.

11.有考虑发行 Token 吗？

Have you considered coinage?

美国的监管严格，现在没有考虑。

The U.S. has strict regulations and we are not considering the coin now.

12.和 Pudgy Penguins 聊了什么？之后会有什么合作？

What did you talk about with Pudgy Penguins? What will be the future collaboration?

我们和 Pudgy Penguins 有过观点的交流。特别是，我们两个项目目前都没有 VC 的参与，都在自力更生。

几个月之后我们会再聊，这两个项目可能会有合作，但是现在我们也最起码有 AMA 之类的合作。我本人对合作持开放态度，但是现在并不确定官方合作的事务，一切合作还是以 Holder 们的利益为优先。

We have had an exchange of views with Pudgy Penguins. In particular, both of our projects are currently VC-free and self-reliant. We'll talk again in a few months, and there may be collaborations between the two projects, but for now we have at least an AMA type of collaboration. I am open to cooperation, but I am not sure about official cooperation now, all cooperation is still in the interest of Holders.

13.有大 V 计划把自己持有的熊拍摄为科幻恐怖片，这方面又什么进展吗？电影成功会对项目又什么影响？

Is there any progress on the plan to make a sci-fi horror film about the KILLABEAR that a KOL has in his possession? What impact will the success of the film have on the project?

是的，我们与和那位 KOL 很熟，也在 AMA 中聊过。目前电影有一些前期进展，但是现在不能多说。

我们团队现在真的致力于去用 Killabears 去拍电影，想尽可能把品牌做大，但是不知道有市场有多少人接受。5 月份的时候我们就发了一个小短片。

如果电影拍摄成功，社区将获得巨大利益。

Yes, we know the KOL very well and have talked to him in the AMA. There is some progress on the movie, but I can't say much about it right now.
Our team is really committed to making a movie with Killabears, trying to make the brand as big as possible, but we don't know how much of the market will accept it.
If the film is successful, the community will benefit tremendously.

What is the connection between KILLTRAITS and the movie?

我们决定用 Killatraits 的方式让更多人参与其中，现在已经和知识产权律师交谈了，之后持续更新。

We have decided to use KILLTRAITS to get more people involved, and we have already talked to an intellectual property attorney and will continue to update them.

2.团队如何看待质押的重要性？这是否是渡过熊市的策略？

How does the team view the importance of stake? Is this a strategy to ride out a bear market?

我认为现在大家对质押的认识还不是很清楚，还是认为质押知识控制市场的方式。对于很多 Holder 来说，他们并不知道为什么要质押。

既然这样，那我们就给理由让大家质押：一是，短时间质押就可以获得礼物；二是，在整个 Killabears 的生态下，参与质押可以获得游戏的参与感和娱乐性。

我们希望我们成为一家娱乐公司。在第一章质押成功后，我们结合社区意见将第二章质押时间延长 15 天。在第二章质押中还有更多沉浸式体验，但我现在还不能多说。

I think we don't know much about staking yet, and we still think that staking knowledge is a way to control the market. For many holders, they don't know why they need to stake. If that's the case, then we'll give people a reason to stake: first, to get a gift for a short staking, and second, to get a sense of participation and entertainment in the game by participating in staking in the whole KILLABEARS ecosystem.
We want us to be an entertainment company. After the success of the first chapter staking, we have extended the second chapter staking by 15 days with the community's input. There are more immersive experiences in the second staking, but I can't say much about them yet.

没有。

No, it isn’t.

4.现在整个 Killabears 生态的 NFT 系列价格都很高，对于想加入的 Holders 有什么激励政策？

Now the price of NFT series of the whole KILLABEARS ecology is very high, what is the incentive policy for the holders who want to join?

现在 Killabears 生态的每一部分都确实比较贵。但现在市场属于深熊，还是要做好工作，价格不是很重要，Killabears 之后还会不断有新的产出。

Now every part of the KILLABEARS ecology is really expensive. But now the market is a deep bear, we still need to do a good job, price is not very important, KILLABEARS will continue to produce new products in the future.

5.Killapass 是什么？和 Killacubs 有什么关系？怎么什么功能？和 OG 又有什么区分？

How does it relate to KILLACUBS? What are the functions? What is the difference between KILLAPASS and OG?

Killapass 就是 Mint卡，只要持有 Killapass 就一定可以获得一个Killacubs 。Killacubs 前一半留给Killabears OG，后一半留给公售。

KILLAPASS is the mint card, as long as the holder of KILLAPASS can definitely get a KILLACUBS. The first half of KILLACUBS is reserved for KILLABEARS OG and the second half is reserved for public sale.
