Construction robots dressed in “pink clothes” shuttle through the construction site, floors and houses, making it full of “cute” flavor.

Put on your helmet and walk into the construction site. Within a few steps, you can see a chubby building cleaning robot walking back and forth in the corridor with big eyes.

The roads in the construction stage are pitted and uneven, there are many kinds of dust such as cement ash, wall ash and muck, and there are small stones and small fragments from time to time… The seemingly simple cleaning work increases the difficulty on the construction site, but it can’t help the multi skilled building cleaning robot.

Multi sensor fusion technologies such as lidar, ultrasonic sensor and anti-collision strip enable the building cleaning robot to operate safely under complex road conditions; The design of double filter elements and double air ducts allows the building cleaning robot to easily complete the cleaning work without stage fright when facing heavy dust. While the indoor spraying robot works, in another room, the measuring robot is standing in the center of the room, turning its “eyes” rapidly 360 degrees. Within 2 minutes, the data collection is completed, and various reports are generated and transmitted to the digital platform. AI (Artificial Intelligence) algorithm allows it to measure the wall burst point, ceiling levelness, internal and external corners, squareness and other data of the room with high accuracy, and the measurement accuracy is within ± 1mm.

Construction robots can not only show their skills in the decoration stage, but also in the earlier concrete construction. “Through the application of intelligent follow-up distributor, ground leveling robot, ground leveling robot and basement polishing robot, the efficiency is higher and the safety is also improved.” The project manager of country garden · Xingxi project said.

The traditional concrete pouring operation of high-rise buildings requires three workers to complete the distribution work together, which not only tests the technical proficiency of each worker, but also requires the cooperation of many workers. In addition to remotely controlling the distribution arm of the intelligent follow-up distributor to reach the specified position through the handle to realize accurate distribution, you can also select the automatic mode and use the intelligent algorithm to make the intelligent follow-up distributor operate independently.

After the completion of concrete pouring, how to deal with the phenomenon of potholes on the ground? At this time, it is the turn of the ground leveling robot of “working surface flatness ± 5mm” and “fully automatic leveling construction”.

The two degree of freedom adaptive system, high-precision laser elevation control system and real-time control system enable the ground leveling robot to work stably on the reinforced concrete and always maintain the accuracy of millimeter level accuracy; With the support of the navigation system, the planning path can also be set automatically to realize full-automatic leveling construction. With the ground leveling robot, the flatness requirements of the concrete leveling layer can be met in the construction stage of the main structure, so as to speed up the project construction progress and improve the construction efficiency.

It is understood that bozhilin is a wholly-owned subsidiary of country garden group. In the bozhilin construction robot exhibition hall located in Foshan, dozens of construction robots, including intelligent follow-up distributor and ground leveling robot, are arranged neatly. At present, bozhilin has formed 12 construction robot product lines, including concrete construction, concrete trimming, bricklaying and plastering, interior wall decoration, etc., involving the construction links of main structure, secondary structure, decoration, electromechanical installation and so on, basically covering the whole construction cycle.

By the end of 2021, the vast majority of the 46 construction robots being developed by bozhilin are generally used in cast-in-situ concrete technology and prefabricated building construction, of which 18 construction robots have been put into commercial application.

In projects such as Fengtong garden in Shunde, Foshan, Haina garden in Pingsha, Zhuhai and meisheshi home in Haikou, scenes of human-computer cooperative operation are in full swing, writing the dream of “building a house by robot” into reality.
