May has been a pretty intense month for SatoshiVM: development, partnerships, and new communications paradigm. Let us briefly recap what has been done last month!
The dev team continues to work tirelessly to advance SatoshiVM. In May we have:
Integrated Runes protocol to our Testnet
Decreased transaction fees on SatoshiVM Alpha Mainnet
Integrated two more Bitcoin wallets: Xverse and Leather
Deployed the first LP staking pool on SavmSwap
Integrated OKLink to our official bridge
Runes is a new token standard for issuing fungible tokens on Bitcoin that seeks to give users more efficiency in the token creation.
SatoshiVM users can now bridge Runes assets between Bitcoin Testnet and our Testnet. Alpha Mainnet integration will come soon after all the necessary testing is done.

We have decreased the transaction fees on SatoshiVM Alpha Mainnet by over 60%, improving the network efficiency and making it more user-friendly.

We have added support for Xverse and Leather, two popular and widely used Bitcoin wallets. Now users can seamlessly bridge to SatoshiVM with any of the following Bitcoin wallets:
Unisat
OKX Wallet
Xverse
Leather
Gate Wallet
The SAVM/BTC LP token staking pool has been deployed on SavmSwap - the first DEX built on SatoshiVM. Users can now deposit LP token through staking and earn extra rewards in $SAVM.

SatoshiVM Bridge is now integrated with OKLink, a comprehensive on-chain data services platform where users can track omni-chain transaction details in one spot.

We have always acknowledged the importance of frequent and transparent communications and marketing and in May we started to take it to a whole new level. Here is what we have achieved so far:
CMO joins the team
New communications strategies adopted
Participated in Bool Incentivized Testnet Campaign
First AMA concluded
The New CMO
We have hired an experienced marketing executive to improve our marketing and communications focusing on strategic and tactical levels. The CMO has years of experience working in crypto and has been working on successful marketing campaigns for numerous tier-1 projects, including Layer-2 networks.
New Communications Strategies
We have adopted new strategies for our communications with the community and users. Core principles are as follows:
Frequent communication. Now we aim to publish regular updates on the SatoshiVM progress and increase our efforts to keep our community and users in the loop.
Transparency. We intend to be very open about what is happening with the network unless we can’t share the information for legal, regulatory, or other reasons beyond our control.
Being approachable. Core team members are now available for questions and feedback in Discord and we are establishing direct communications with the community
We are still implementing the strategies, yet the first results should be visible to everyone by now!

Co-marketing activities
SatoshiVM is working closely with various projects to launch co-marketing activities. We are excited to join a major growth campaign by our strategic partner, Bool Network: the Incentivized Beta Testnet Campaign. Bool will reward our users who used or are using our official bridge, here is the official guide on how to participate:
We have also conducted a joint AMA with Bool Network to explain more details on what they do, the nature of our partnership, and the nuances of their Incentivized Beta Testnet Campaign:
The first SatoshiVM AMA
We have conducted the first-ever AMA with our community. We received over a hundred questions about our technology, vision, and progress. Answers to the selected questions are here:
