On December 27, 2021, Liyang Public Security Bureau issued the notice on the report and registration of participants in the case of “Shanghai Liangzi Asset Management Co., Ltd. illegally absorbing public deposits”. Now it is announced that the deadline for reporting has passed. So far, some investment participants have not reported and registered.

In order to further find out the facts of the case, crack down on crimes according to law and better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of participants. From the date of this announcement, the investment participants of “Shanghai Liangzi Asset Management Co., Ltd.” who have not yet reported for registration shall bring relevant evidence to the local police station of their registered residence for registration. If it fails to register, it will be deemed to automatically give up its legal claim and bear the corresponding responsibility.

1、 Registration materials to be provided by the people reporting the case:

1. The original and copy of my ID card.
2. 2. Original and copy of investment contract, receipt and loan agreement.
3. 3. The original of bank transfer details of investment funds; If you pay in cash or other ways, please bring relevant supporting materials.
4. 4. Original of bank transfer details of interest and principal charged.
5. 5. Leaflets and other publicity materials.
6. 6. Originals and copies of other materials related to the case.
7. The above materials need to be signed page by page and fingerprinted.
