Four typical cases announced

After on-site investigation, Zhou drank a bottle of beer when eating at home at noon. After resting for a period of time, he took the chance to drive the motorcycle on the road until he was caught by the police. Zhou Moumou will face the administrative penalty of temporarily withholding his motor vehicle driver’s license for six months and a fine of less than 2000 yuan for driving a motor vehicle after drinking, and his motor vehicle driver’s license will also be recorded with 12 points.

At 0:30 on May 2, when the police of the sixth traffic police branch carried out the special rectification of drunk driving on Jiannan Avenue, they blocked a small car with the number plate of Sichuan A49T . After the exhalation alcohol test on the driver ye, the test result was 46mg / 100mL, which was suspected of driving a motor vehicle after drinking. The vehicle driven by Ye belongs to an operating motor vehicle. The sixth traffic police branch is further investigating and handling Ye’s illegal behavior.

At 22:48 on May 1, when the police of the fourth traffic police branch carried out the special rectification of drunk driving on the second section of Qingyang Avenue, they tested Chen mouqing, the driver of Sichuan y691 small car. The result was 157mg / 100mL, which was suspected of driving a motor vehicle after being drunk. After on-site investigation, Chen mouqing said that after drinking in a hotel in Shuangnan, Wuhou District, he was seized by the police at the card point when driving to Wenjiang District. Chen mouqing is under further investigation by the public security organ.
