Deposit and withdrawal functions are now launched. Users are welcomed to participate the experience event, completing the tasks to share 50,000 ADU (Adune token).
About deposit
Your deposit will be credited in real time according to network status. You can check it in [History].
When your deposit order shows [Pending], it means that Adune has received your order, and the corresponding TxID has been generated on the chain and is waiting to be packed and uploaded.
When your deposit order shows [Progressing], please wait patiently, as the block confirmation depends on network status. Once the block is confirmed, Adune will verify the block nonce required for deposit and credit it in time.
When your deposit order shows [Successful], it means your deposit has been successfully credited to your account. If not, please copy your TxID and send an email to service@adune.com, and we will deal with your order a.s.a.p.
About withdrawal
In the early stage, withdrawals need manual approve (at 10:00, 16:00 and 22:00 UTC+8 respectively) , and in the near future they will be automatically processed by the system. Normally, withdrawals are subject to network status, taking no more than 15 minutes if approved. You can also check the status of your transfer at [History].
When your withdrawal order shows [Approving], it means that you have successfully submitted your application.
When your withdrawal order shows [Pending], it means that your operation has been approved, and Adune has completed the action to transfer. The transaction is now been processed by the blocks, waiting to be packed and uploaded.
When your withdrawal order shows [Progressing], please wait patiently as the block is packing. If it takes a long time, it might be the unpredictable block congestion caused by the excessive number of transfers in the block at one time, which affects the transfer progress.
When your withdrawal order shows [Successful], it means the blockchain has confirmed your operation, and the amount is successfully credited. If the order shows [Successful] but you still haven't received the tokens, please contact the receiver to upload it again.
Note:
· Adune requires a minimum deposit amount of 10 USDT and a minimum withdrawal amount of 15 USDT. The service fee for each withdrawal is 4 USDT, which will be deducted from your withdrawal amount (e.g., if you withdraw 100 USDT, you will be credited with 96 USDT).
· When withdrawing, please ensure that the receiving platform supports Ethereum, and you are using ERC20 token protocol. Otherwise, your assets may be lost and cannot be recovered.
· If your withdrawal or deposit order shows [Failure], please copy the TxID, detailed information of failed withdrawal, screenshots of your transfer, and send email to service@adune.com.
