Upshot is live on Polygon 🚀
Integrating with Polygon enables reduced gas fees, faster transactions, and a seamless experience for Upshot users. Upshot will also benefit from the thriving ecosystem being built on Polygon, which now includes some of the leading DeFi projects — Aave, Slingshot, and Sushi, just to name a few — making Polygon a perfect fit for us as we work to build scalable pricing infrastructure at the intersection of NFTs and DeFi.
MiamiDAO Launch 🏝
We’re excited for the upcoming launch of MiamiDAO — a community that will both *participate *in exotic financial *interactions *and exotic financial *instruments *at the intersection of DeFi and NFTs. The nascency and inherent illiquidity of DeFi x NFTs, combined with the capacity of DAOs to coordinate complex financial interactions, provides an opportunity for MiamiDAO to make a significant impact in what will become one of the cornerstones of our new financial system.

- GameStop introduced a cryptic new NFT project. “Power to the collectors”, as Gamestop says.
- Time auctioned off an NFT of its first issue from March 3, 1923 on SuperRare. The piece fetched 120 ETH.
- Christie’s continues full steam ahead with NFT auctions. Proof of Sovereignty, a curated NFT collection by Lady PheOnix, closes at the auction house on June 3.
- TechCrunch founder Michael Arrington’s apartment will be the world’s first real estate NFT. The real estate backed NFT transfers real ownership of the property. Bidding starts on June 8.
