Tezos has activated the "Nairobi" upgrade, increasing TPS by 8 times

Tezos has activated its 14th core protocol upgrade "Nairobi". After the upgrade is completed, the number of transactions per second (TPS) that Tezos can handle will increase by 8 times, and consensus can be reached faster. The L2 expansion solution Smart Rollups will be synchronized with the L1 protocol upgrade.
