Recently, I saw a limited edition 75th anniversary ink for the establishment of Israel in the Facebook store of "Gujing Pen". It was designed and manufactured by the American fountain pen company "Conklin". Since Israel was founded in 1948, only 1948 bottles of this ink were produced. It is a classic deep blue ink, using the blue on the Israeli flag. I think it has a profound meaning, so I specially ordered two bottles, one bottle was opened immediately and used, and the other bottle may not be used until many years later.

Israel is a very special country. It is located in the Middle East, with a short history, a small territory, and a not-so-large population. However, it has won five Middle East wars. Perhaps some of the wars were due to the help of the United States or even the Soviet Union, but the will of the Israeli people is definitely the main reason.

In early October of this year, the Israel-Palestine conflict escalated to a level not seen in decades. This Israel 75th anniversary ink, which was launched this year, is of special significance. After receiving it, I immediately opened it and wrote down my small hope in my heart: "Peace." I hope that the democratic camp will eventually win a complete victory, and I also hope that the conflict can be de-escalated as soon as possible, including the Russia-Ukraine war that has been going on for more than a year, and the peace can be restored as soon as possible.

最近在「古今鋼筆」的臉書商店看到以色列建國七十五周年紀念墨水上架，由美國鋼筆公司「康其年」(Conklin)所設計生產。以色列建國於1948年，因此這款墨水只生產1948瓶，是典型的深藍色墨水，採用了以色列國旗上的藍，我覺得有很深厚的意義，因此特別訂購了兩瓶，一瓶立刻開封使用，另一瓶也許要放到很多年後才會用。 以色列是一個非常特殊的國家，位處中東，國齡不長、國土不大、人口不是最多，但經歷五次中東戰爭都能收勝，或許部分的戰爭是因為有美國甚至蘇聯在背後的幫助，但以色列人民的意志絕對才是主因。

今年十月初，以巴衝突上升至近幾十年新高，今年推出的這支以色列建國紀念墨水別具意義，拿到後我立刻開封，並且寫下了心中渺小的希望:「和平」。我希望民主國家陣線最終能取得完全的勝利，我也希望衝突能盡快降溫，包含已經超過一年的俄烏戰爭，盡快恢復和平狀態。
