Identified by the forestry department, this batch of snake eggs are Cobra eggs, which belong to the key protected wild animals in Guangxi. Because the owner of the vehicle was unable to provide breeding license, industrial and commercial license, transportation license, inspection and quarantine certificate and any relevant procedures, the police initially determined that it was suspected of illegal trafficking in wild animals, so the batch of goods and vehicles were temporarily suspended.

The police reminded that wild animals are important natural resources of the country, and the public security organs crack down on all kinds of illegal and criminal acts that destroy wild animal resources. During the epidemic, relevant departments issued a document prohibiting wildlife trading activities. For large-scale illegal trafficking in wild animals and their products, wild animal traffickers are often severely punished with severe penalties. For the illegal trading of wild animals that does not constitute a crime, in addition to administrative punishment measures, the civil contract of illegal trading will be deemed invalid because it violates the mandatory provisions of the law.
