Q- When will prizes be distributed?
Some Prizes will be distributed maximum 4 to 6 weeks after the contests end due to the manual voting processes involved in many of the campaigns. It could be faster but we do not want to set expectations too high.

Q - Can I participate in the campaigns more than once?

You can only participate one time per bounded Social Identity and Wallet.

Q - What do I need to participate in the competition?

• Mobile phone or Laptop (to complete tasks and scanning QR codes).

• Twitter/Instagram/Youtube/Telegram/Discord accounts to complete necessary tasks.

• BEP20 wallet (to record your participation and complete some tasks like holding XVS tokens in Venus Vault, Holding Venus 1st Gen NFT and ‘Lend or Borrow’ BNB assets on Venus Protocol)

• Creativity to create your own original Photo, Reel and Video (to be qualified for some campaigns).

Q - Do I need a Github account linked to my SoGraph Social profile?

No, Github account is not required for any Venus Second Anniversary campaigns.

Q - Can I use any available wallet on SoGraph to participate?
We strongly recommend using MetaMask wallet (dApp for Mobile phones or Chrome extension for Laptops).

Q - How many tasks do I need to complete from each campaign to qualify and compete for prizes?

In order to be eligible for a prize, you must complete all listed tasks in time and respect non-cheating rules (not using bots, not coping content, etc).

Q - Can I win multiple prizes?

Yes, any participant is allowed to win a Prize on every Campaign.

Q - Is there a way for getting 1st Gen Venus NFT to participate in the Merch campaign?

Yes, you can find them on ToFunNFT.com Marketplace.

Q - How do I know if I own any 1st Gen Venus NFT?
You can search them in your BEP20 Address with a blockchain explorer like BSCscan.com. Look there for any ERC-721 Tokens with 0xCB1f79791088d0F4397C35ec241F91c3727A6DBA Contract Address. Additionally, you can check them in your social profile at SoGraph.

Q - What should I do if my SoGraph disappears after confirming on my wallet?

This issue is mostly caused by the fact that you are trying to connect with a wallet that is connected to another blockchain, e.g. Ethereum. You must always make sure you are connecting with a wallet on the BNB Chain (BEP20).

Q - Can I use found content on the internet to participate in photo/reel/video contests?

No! Every participant must create original photo and video content. Any user using copyrighting material or cheating in our terms & conditions will be disqualified for participating in any campaign.

Q - What to do if I can't complete the Twitter follow task?

You can try to unfollow and follow back to complete the verification.

Q - Why can't I complete in some tasks like liking and retweeting a post on Twitter? The link and prompt directly embedded in the SoGraph task sheet must always be used to complete the tasks.

Q - I don't see the amount of XVS to complete the task, what should I do?

Your tokens must be staked in the Venus Protocol XVS vault, and you need to delegate voting power to SELF. (Not Held in your wallet). XVS tokens staked into other platforms will not be accounted for.

Q - Why can't I complete some tasks like joining the Telegram/Discord group?

If you have trouble completing these tasks, please add some interaction after joining the groups, for example, write ''I love Venus!'', then it should go to verify and complete the task. try refreshing the page if it remains the same.
