IQ Stats
The demand and liquidity for the IQ token are growing rapidly. In February, the IQ token saw a record-high 24-hour trading volume of over $291,000,000 according to CoinMarketCap data. Users also saw IQ to be the top 1 gainer for Upbit multiple times. This remarkable growth has strengthened the BrainDAO treasury which now holds over $30 million in total assets as of writing. News outlet Crypto News also covered IQ as an AI coin to watch.
The growth follows BrainDAO’s updates on building IQ Code, the first AI model tailored for smart contracts, which will launch in 2024.
HiIQ Stats
IQ holders have staked a record 4.3 billion HiIQ, with the average stakers locking up their tokens for more than 3 years. IQ holders have staked more than 1.3 billion IQ tokens with HiIQ. The APR on HiIQ is more than 50% as of writing.
HiIQ was created to incentivize IQ holders to become long-term holders who stake and lock up their IQ tokens with IQ token rewards. The HiIQ staking system allows IQ holders to choose how long they want to lock up their IQ for, the more IQ and the longer they lock up their IQ, the greater the number of rewards. IQ Code, the Future of Solidity Development
In one of his February posts on X.com, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin expressed his thoughts about the potential application of AI in enhancing formal code verification and detecting bugs.
That is exactly what BrainDAO is building: IQ Code, an AI application for auditing smart contract code. IQ Code represents a step forward in the analysis of Solidity smart contracts, combining artificial intelligence (AI) with established static analysis techniques. With IQ Code, projects will be able to audit their code, lowering the cost of managing projects while keeping up with the standard safety issues. Existing projects will also be able to audit their pre-existing code via IQ Code. Going further, IQ Code will get the ability to generate smart contract code.

BrainDAO staked a record $10,000,000 of ETH with Frax Ether
The BrainDAO’s treasury staked a record $10,000,000 of ETH with Frax Finance's Liquid Staking Derivative (LSD), Frax Ether. This brings revenue to BrainDAO as all profits generated from Frax Ether validators are distributed to sfrxETH holders. BrainDAO has built up a treasury of more than $30 million which funds the development of new products like IQ Code, the first AI for smart contracts.
The news was covered by one of the top blockchain publications in China, ChainCatcher, as well as by the top crypto media publication in South Korea, CoinNess.
IQ.wiki launched IQ.wiki Korea to celebrate the Korean Seollal
To cater to the growing demand for IQ.wiki to expand beyond just the English language, BrainDAO announced the launch of IQ.wiki Korea in February 2024. IQ is one of the most popular cryptocurrencies in Korea listed on Upbit, Binance, and Coinone, and in the last year has seen several days with over $100 million in volume.
Users got the possibility to switch to the Korean IQ.wiki interface and have any article translated into Korean by AI. The team is planning to launch the Korean language support for editing as well as IQ.wiki China.

In February, IQ was listed on the Bitget exchange with a spot trading pair for IQ/USDT. To celebrate the occasion, there was a trading event with a rewards pool of $10,000 worth of IQ. Users could deposit $50 of IQ to get a 10% rebate from a $10,000 pool. Each user could receive up to $50 worth of IQ.
Bitget listing was covered by CoinNess, the top Crypto Media Publication in South Korea, as well as by BlockBeats and Odaily, two leading Chinese crypto publications.
Binance Adds Support for IQ Margin Trading
Binance added support for IQ isolated margin trading and IQ saw a record $291 million in volume. This came after IQ.wiki and IQGPT.com were recognized in an AI x Crypto report by Oxford Researchers.
Binance Trading Competition for AI Tokens including IQ
In February, Binance was running a trading competition for AI tokens including IQ. A total of 20,000 FDUSD in token vouchers was available to participants. The first 4,000 eligible users who confirmed their participation and traded at least $100 equivalent on eligible spot trading pairs including IQ/USDT qualified to each receive 5 FDUSD in token vouchers.

IQ was IQ token was listed on the BingX exchange featuring a trading pair of IQ/USDT for spot transactions. BingX, established in 2018, is one of the leading cryptocurrency exchanges that caters to over 10 million users globally. IQ.wiki Partnered with CoinEasy
IQ.wiki partnered with CoinEasy, a Korean Web3 onboarding powerhouse. The IQ GPT Chatbot, the cutting-edge AI assistant, was integrated into CoinEasy's chat. This tool would ensure that all CoinEasy users remain well-informed and up-to-date with the latest updates in blockchain knowledge.

IQ Times and Early Retired Cats Club raffled off 5 NFTs to IQ Stakers
Outside of development, the IQ community continued to grow. IQ Times and Early Retired Cats Club (ERCC) raffled off 5 ERCC NFTs to HiIQ stakers using Chainlink VRF on Polygon to celebrate Korean Seollal and Chinese New Year. IQ Times is an independent community-run organization dedicated to bringing more awareness to the IQ ecosystem.
ERCC is a PFP NFT project based on the Cats & Soup mobile game with over 50 million downloads. It features 1,930 travel-ready cats from Starry Cat Village, stationed in 192 countries and one special feline kingdom. Each NFT has unique randomized attributes separated by at least six degrees. To enter the raffle, IQ holders were required to stake IQ with the HiIQ staking system before Feb 29, 2024, at 11:59 PM KST. The more IQ staked with HiIQ and the longer it staked for the higher the chance of winning ERCC NFTs.
The raffle winners were announced on March 4 on the IQ Times X account.
