🚧 Getting Started on Arbitrum Goerli with Stamp!

Welcome to the Stamp! testnet guide on the Arbitrum Goerli blockchain. Stamp! is an on-chain PvP game where players compete to be the last stamper before the timer ends, drawing inspiration from the viral Reddit game, The Button. The incentivized model rewards the last stamper with $ETH from $STAMP's token tax system at the end of every round. This guide will walk you through the steps to get started with the testnet environment.

Pre-requisites:

• A compatible web3 wallet (e.g., Rabby, MetaMask)

• Some test ETH for gas fees (obtainable from a faucet)

• Setup your wallet:

  1. Configure your web3 wallet to connect to the Arbitrum Goerli Testnet.

  2. Obtain some test ETH from a faucet to cover transaction fees.

  3. Bridge from Ethereum Goerli to Arbitrum Goerli.

• Access the Testnet DEX:

  1. Visit the TestDEX at https://testdex.stampscroll.xyz/

  2. Connect your wallet to the DEX.

  3. Go to the swap page and swap your ETH for TEST tokens (0xD177eb8e607ff0370fe07D19DB005603e50607c4).

• Access the Testnet Game:

  1. Navigate to the testnet game app at https://testnet.stampscroll.xyz/

  2. Connect your wallet to the app. Make sure your wallet is connected to the Arbitrum Goerli network before anything else.

  3. A button labeled “UNSCROLL” will show up on the main page. Click it and confirm to let the game contract handle your TEST tokens. No need to fret, all the game contract does is send your TEST tokens to a dead address each time you hit “STAMP” (meaning, your tokens are burnt and gone forever).

  4. Upon a successful transaction, a "STAMP" button will now be displayed to you. However, you will only be able to engage the “STAMP” button once the game has commenced.
