Background
Climate Change is the defining issue of our time, and we are at a defining moment. From shifting weather patterns that threaten food production to rising sea levels that increase the risk of catastrophic flooding, the impacts of climate change are global in scope and unprecedented in scale. Adapting to these impacts in the future will be more complex and costly without drastic action today. Looking to provide a dApp using blockchain technology and NFTs to fight climate change with offsetting carbon credits, CyberBox was created.

Introduction
CyberBox is a Refi NFT Marketplace on the Celo blockchain. They are building a marketplace where each transaction made here contributes to climate change using tokenized carbon credits. Currently, they are using cMCO2 for this purpose, but they are on the way to implementing the usage of NCT, the token of the Toucan Protocol. The idea for the future is to keep implementing different solutions for carbon credits on the chain, create a launchpad for Offset Boxes (creators will be able to make no-code NFTs and launch them within our Marketplace and offset carbon in the process), and bring the possibility of trade NFTs with other tokenized carbon credits.

What we are looking for in the future of CyberBox is to keep bringing new NFT projects to the Celo blockchain and educate our current and future users about ReFi and what we could achieve together!
