- quantitative reasoning test ==> Quant tests is not advanced statistics, it's a high school maths/problem solving
- code part by Codility ==> Coding is a Codility test selected and adjusted by our traders that focus on algorithmic tasks
- Assessment center (round2, 40 people left, zoom now)
- two mental maths tests (trainable)
- a set of four 25-minute interviews with traders and developers
