Round 2 of Web3 Fashion Week & Realm Runways is set to go live this summer, based out of NYC IRL and globally throughout the metaverse. The last W3FW & RR events were a huge success, bringing so many creatives, designers, web3 dwellers together. We can’t wait to achieve the same for the upcoming ones!
The theme mixes self sovereign streetwear with ZK proofs, cypher keys and local production— these are some of the most important topics within the Ethereum ecosystem at the moment and each play a bigger role in shaping our defense against corporate consolidation of the space.
As most of us in the community are aware, Alyona Briukhanova is directly affected by the atrocious events unfolding on the ground in Ukraine. It was just days ago when she was forced to pack up and leave her hometown of Khakiv, with her son, in order to stay alive. Despite all of this, she put together an inspiring and deeply emotional NFT collection dedicated to the War in Ukraine and to help channel funds to military and humanitarian efforts on the ground.
If you’re wondering how else you can help the situation in Ukraine and those effected, consider collecting an NFT here, every bit counts.
This week Alexander was interviewed by NewForum on web3 fashion and how creator’s can continue to stay steady in an ever-changing and hyper on market. It’s always easy to get caught up in the chaos of a rising floor price or flashy airdrop, but, if you are in it for the long term, then the most important part is staying true to yourself and your art, which means that taking a break and reducing screen time often can be the best refresh of perspective.

CC0 DAO in collaboration with DIGITALAX recently launched The CC0 Re-Factory. It’s an important milestone for cc0 web3 fashion content, providing a dedicated home base for creators to mint cc0 works into their wallet, which then can be used however they so choose! Whether that be listing on an NFT marketplace, posting across social media, gifting or airdropping to members of the community, or even stirring up an entire derivatives ecosystem around them.
The first pages of the Web3 Fashion Manifesto are now live here! Designed in house by F₃Manifesto, with the code forked from the DIGITALAX open source DIGIFIZZY repo. It continues to evolve and become more interactive overtime as new pages are added and readers find their way through the labyrinth of insights.
