Ethreactor: Launching a DAO Driven Global Incubator Collective for Ethereum
We are proud to announce the launch of Ethreactor, a DAO driven global incubator collective for the Ethereum ecosystem.
This initiative begins with a coalition of incubators and ecosystem builders across Asia, Oceania, South America, Europe, North America, including:
Fracton Ventures (Co-Organizer of ETH Tokyo)
SUCI Blockchain Hub (Organizer of ETH Vietnam)
Narrative
ETHSydney
NapulETH
ETH Belgrade
ETHCanal (Panama)
ETH Cinco de Mayo
Together, we are forming the foundation of Ethreactor.
Ethereum’s culture has always been simple yet profound: if you see something worth doing for the ecosystem, you build it. No permission required.
The real challenge is different: how do we enable peers, builders, incubators, accelerators, and regional leaders to collaborate more closely across regions and domains?
At Fracton Ventures, we have asked this question for more than four years as an Ethereum-native incubator who has co-organized ETHTokyo, and selected hackathon finalists into multiple incubation cohorts.
But in doing so, we realized something: founders from places like Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, and India sometimes drifted away from their local incubators to join ours. Of course, founders should always be free to choose, that is the principle of a free market. Yet what was missing all along was aligned incentives for incubators to collaborate rather than compete.
This is why we are launching Ethreactor, a DAO driven collective protocol for incubation.
The purpose is clear: ensure every founder building on Ethereum can be supported from day one by their local incubator (or an equivalent organization). By empowering incubators everywhere, we help founders build protocols and sometimes full products, that align with local culture and local L2 ecosystems. Together, we move toward One Ethereum.
Ethreactor rewires incubation through onchain, incentive-aligned design:
1% Token ContributionEach incubator contributes 1% of tokens from every incubated project into the Ethreactor treasury.
Shared IncentivesBuilders, incubators, backers, and voters all share the upside. Incubators are no longer competing for projects, they are co-owning the ecosystem’s growth.
Open CollectiveIncubators, accelerators, hackathon organizers, R&D groups, and even meetup communities can join—if they help Ethereum founders grow.
This structure ensures incubation is not just a service, but a protocol-level function of Ethereum itself.
Ethreactor is not just a vision. It begins now.
**Ethreactor Stage at ETHTokyo ‘25 (Sept 12, United Nations University)**A dedicated stage at ETH Tokyo will gather ecosystem peers to discuss the hardest question: how do we truly bridge regions in the Ethereum ecosystem?
Ethereum Incubation Monthly CallA recurring online call where Ethreactor members, incubators, accelerators:
Emerging talent in each region
Protocols beginning to form
Remaining gaps in support
Pooling these insights globally will strengthen the collective ability of Ethereum incubators to nurture the next wave of protocols.
