8.User must fill out the form to become the VIP. New users can apply for VIP status at any time, and the net asset calculation will be based on the nearest snapshot time. A User’s VIP level will be adjusted at 1 PM UTC on 15th and 30th every month.
9.VIP levels Update schedule: For accounts that are currently enrolled in VIP program, their VIP tier will be updated at 1 PM UTC on 15th and 30th every month based on the past 14-days average
10.VIP to VIP Program: Users who have VIP status on any other exchange can upgrade to the corresponding level on BitMart and enjoy the full package of benefits by submitting proof and completing the verification process. The BitMart team will upgrade the user’s VIP level within 10 business days after receiving the required documents. User have 14 days to enjoy the corresponding VIP benefits.
