Lifeform announced the completion of Series A financing of US$5 million, with a valuation of US$100 million, led by GeekCartel, with participation from KuCoin Labs, DHVC, SevenX Ventures, Foresight Ventures, K24 Ventures, and South Korean metaverse platform Another World.

Previously, the seed round of Lifeform was led by Binance Labs, and the pre-seed round was exclusively invested by GeekCartel.

Lifeform's UE5 version of the avatar editor PC has been launched in November 2022, and the total amount of Lifeform Avatar and related clothing castings exceeds 400,000. Recently, the mobile version of Unity was launched on February 17, and the total casting amount of Lifeform Cartoon Avatar has exceeded 800,000 so far. According to the official disclosure, the Avatar model will be connected to the hatched blockchain game HALOWORLD in March.
