Additionally, $2.7 million has been invested in security audits, and $1.7 million has gone into protocol innovation. The report provides a comprehensive overview of how these efforts are shaping the Uniswap Protocol and contributing to the broader DeFi ecosystem.

Aave and Sky (formerly Maker) are partnering to bridge decentralized and traditional finance. The collaboration, known as "Sky Aave Force", aims to integrate Sky's USDS stablecoin into Aave's platform through SPK tokens and a Direct Deposit Module (D3M). This effort seeks to enhance DeFi adoption and streamline the use of USDS within Aave’s lending market, marking a significant step in connecting DeFi with traditional financial systems.

Offchain Labs has launched Arbitrum Stylus on the mainnet, a new virtual machine that supports WebAssembly (WASM) languages, enabling a broader range of developers to build on the Arbitrum blockchain. This advancement simplifies DApp development by integrating traditional programming languages like Rust, C, and C++ with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatibility. Stylus promises improved performance, with some programs running up to 70 times faster than EVM-based applications, and aims to reduce gas fees while supporting a more diverse developer community.

Cardano has successfully executed the "Chang" hard fork, transitioning to on-chain governance with its native token, ADA. This upgrade marks the beginning of the "Voltaire era," shifting control from Cardano’s core institutions to ADA holders, who will now vote on development proposals. While the first phase has been completed, the second phase is set to finalize in 90 days, boosting ADA's governance role.

Located in Jalisco, Mexico, Rancho Altos combines tequila production with sustainable real estate development, including luxury villas and eco-tourism projects. Over the past week, a total of 64 new DAOs were created, reflecting a 0.04% addition ratio in the DAO ecosystem. The majority were created through Snapshot (34), followed by Aragon (21), Colony (6) and xDAO (3).
This week, Ease DAO leads the pack with an impressive $629,891.10 increase, marking a substantial 103.76% rise in treasury value, fueled by a 134.9% surge in the value of $GOAT token. UXDProtocol follows closely with a remarkable $27,722,965.92 gain, reflecting a 57.55% boost due to large inflows of funds. KlimaDAO also posted notable growth, increasing its treasury by $2,107,814.86, which represents a 23.27% rise, also attributed to significant inflows.
On the losing side, Curve DAO experienced a sharp decline of $6,072,994.64, translating to a 36.47% drop in treasury value primarily due to a large outflow of funds. Redacted Cartel also saw a decrease of $13,458,070.97, representing a 23.28% drop, similarly impacted by significant withdrawals. Lastly, Notional Finance faced a $369,283.96 loss, marking a 19.40% reduction in its treasury value as a result of large outflows.
The past 7 days, a total of 327 new members joined the DAO ecosystem, representing a minor increase of less than 0.01% in total DAO voters. Additionally, 284 new proposals were submitted, marking a 0.05% increase in overall proposal activity.

Decentraland DAO: " Reintroducing a Delegate and Delegator Voice Chat in the DAO Discord" - 19 voters.
The Gnosis Infrastructure team proposes updating GnosisDAO’s Snapshot configurations to enhance data availability and voting accuracy. This includes migrating subgraphs to The Graph’s Decentralized Network, refining voting power strategies, and fixing issues impacting voting calculations. These changes will allow locked GNO tokens to fully participate in governance, ensuring a fair voting process.

Spool DAO is considering a major restructuring to shift governance to an Executive Builder Team led by Yelay Labs and revamp the Spool token’s utility. This move aims to address current governance delays and better align token mechanisms with the project's evolving needs. Additionally, an OTC buyout is offered for token holders who do not support the proposed changes.

Full Proposal: Restructuring Proposal: Transforming Governance and Enhancing Token Utility [SIP - 1.61]
AirSwap DAO is asked to vote on allocating 24,000 AST to fund a PeckShield security audit of the new Delegate contract. This contract facilitates on-chain trading by allowing users to set specific rules for executing orders. The audit will also review optimizations to the SwapERC20 contract. A detailed public report will be published after the audit's completion.

The Nounspace team has put forward a proposal to Nouns DAO, requesting 250,000 USDC to support the ongoing development and sustainability of Nounspace. This follows the successful launch of Nounspace v0 on July 2, which was initially funded with 100,000 USDC from Nouns DAO. The requested funds are intended to cover development, maintenance, and expansion efforts for at least the next 6 months. This investment will help improve Nounspace’s features, ensure its long-term viability, and benefit both the Nouns community and a wider audience.

Cerebrum DAO is presenting a proposal for a new compensation policy that aims to boost engagement and align contributors with the organization's mission in neuroscience biotech. The policy introduces a merit-based system utilizing both USDC and $NEURON tokens, with a draft budget of $600,000 USDC and 4.3 billion $NEURON for the period from September 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025.
