Harvesting and cleaning… With the skilled operation of the workers, boxes of fresh black bean sprouts, peanut sprouts, pea sprouts and radish sprouts were harvested, and they successively entered the major supermarkets in Sanya and walked onto the people’s table. In the production workshop, the technicians of Sanya Institute of Tropical Agricultural Sciences introduced the growth environment and planting methods of various sprouts in detail, and gave children an outdoor research course in the form of pictures and texts.

After entering the vegetable base, the children were busy immediately. There was a constant sound of laughter among the green leaves in the countryside. Under the guidance of technicians, some children planted sprouts by themselves, and some picked vegetables such as pepper, eggplant and cucumber.
