Ocean Animal Meetup
We have reached the edge of the forest, and before us lies a vast and boundless ocean! In the marine world of ACE Animals, there are many mysterious creatures. These marine spirits have been dwelling and multiplying here for generations.
They have different levels of conservation status in the real world, ranging from Least Concern (LC), Conservation Dependent (CC), Near Threatened (NT), Vulnerable (VU), Endangered (EN), Critically Endangered (CR), Extinct in the Wild (EW) and even Extinct (EX). If there is not enough data to make an assessment of a species’ risk of extinction, its conservation status will be Data deficient (DD). The conservation status of an animal will not have any influence on its in-game performance.
In ACE Animals, each animal also has corresponding qualities that affect their numerical attributes in the game. The qualities range from low to high and are: N, R, SR, SSR, SP. Animals with higher qualities will bring more benefits and rewards to their friends!

Ivy

“May nature be with you”
Ivy the Leafy Seadragon, is always found among lush seaweed and aquatic plants. Over time, her animal friends have started calling her the “sprite of nature.” “I indeed love and revere nature because I thoroughly enjoy the marvelous sensation of merging with it,” she says. “May nature be with you.”
From an external perspective, Ivy is truly a natural creation — she closely resembles the leaves in the sea, with no apparent difference. “But this has also caused me some trouble,” she remarks. Mia the Hawksbill sea turtle has a particular fondness for seaweed. An incident where she almost accidentally harmed Ivy while feasting in the greenery left both of them with lingering apprehensions. “Fortunately, Ivy is a talking seaweed!” Mia recalls.
Rina the Peacock Mantis Shrimp is Ivy’s neighbor. She enjoys hiding in the crevices of rocks in basins filled with abundant aquatic plants. She often invites Ivy to be the referee for boxing matches, saying, “Having a referee integrated with the environment is just too cool!”
Captain Lumo

“Night glows, heeding my command!”
Captain Lumo is the leader of the Japanese firefly squid clan in their marine habitat. “The elders say that the blue in my cloak is the purest and most refined in the entire community, hence, I am the rightful leader,” he declares, waving his hand. “Night glows, heeding my command!”
The Japanese firefly squid clan is considered a spectacle in the ocean at night by their animal companions because they can illuminate a large area of the sea with the collective power of their glow, emitting a bright blue luminescence. “But we don’t glow just for the sake of glowing; it’s for hunting,” Captain Lumo explains, “We need to do nothing but waiting for our meal, that’s fantastic.”
“I now possess the ability to command the light brigade!” Captain Lumo proudly declares. “I am unquestionably the most outstanding maestro of lights in the ocean.”
Seraphina
Conservation Status: Data Deficient (DD)
Animal Quality: SR
“The glaciers are melting”
Seraphina the Clione limacina is the most mysterious creature in the ocean, with animal friends even considering her to be unlike any earthly being. Her transparent body, elegant appearance, and the habit of appearing among ancient glaciers add an extra layer of mystery to her.
However, in reality, Seraphina’s mystery is merely a result of necessity-driven migration. “The glaciers are melting,” she sighs, “for generations, we’ve lived among the glaciers, but now they’re becoming increasingly scarce. That’s why I have to move to more remote places.” The polar whiteness is disappearing, and Seraphina has to continuously search for new gathering spots for her community’s survival.
