Q: What is the Genesis Box? What kinds of Genesis Box do you have?
A: The Genesis Box is where you obtain animal NFTs and $ETH rewards.
There are two kinds of Genesis Box: The Free Genesis Box to be unlocked by the Grape, and the Genesis Box paid with $ETH.
Q: How much (including gas fee) do I need to pay for opening the Genesis Box?
A: You do not need any fee to open a Free Genesis Box.
To buy Genesis Box that is 0.006 $ETH (now 0.003 $ETH) each, you need to deposit $ETH on your own crypto wallet to ACE Animals Website, and pay a gas fee for this transfer.
Q: What could I get from the Genesis Box?
A: You could get Animal NFT Shards, Recyclable Materials and Universal NFT Shards.
Gather 10 Animal NFT Shards of the same species to merge them into an Animal NFT, and the Universal NFT Shards could be used as any species’ NFT Shards while merging.
You could sell all items, especially Recyclable Materials, to ACE Animals for $ETH.

Q: When does the Genesis Box event take place?
A: Open Free Genesis Boxes from September 6th, 8:00 AM UTC, and open Genesis Boxes paid with $ETH from time to time after September 8th, 8:00 AM UTC.
Q: How to join the Genesis Box event?
A: You can visit our website using your mobile or PC browser, register & sign-in to join!
Currently, we only support the Metamask wallet, and we recommend using a PC browser for wallet integration.
We highly recommend you participate through a PC browser, which provides a better experience.
Q: Why can’t I sometimes open Genesis Boxes?
A: Because opening Genesis Boxes is time-limited, and Genesis Boxes are limited in quantity.
Free Genesis Boxes’s supply is limited to 199 everyday.
Genesis Boxes paid with $ETH will only be on sale from time to time. The first sales time is from 8th September — 10th September. During each sale, its total supply is limited to 199, and the hourly supply is limited to 33.
Q: Where are Grapes shown?
A: The amount of Grapes that you have shows alongside the Free Genesis Box.
Q: Why are quest, check-in and team functions not shown on mobile?
A: Please click the inverted triangle button at the bottom-left of the Genesis Box Page.
Q: What is the Chest? How to get it?
A: Winning a Puzzle War guarantees a 100% chance of receiving a Chest. The rewards inside the Chest include Animal NFT Shards, recyclable materials, and other items.
The Chest obtained by the winner will have better rewards compared to the one obtained by the loser.
Due to the current trial phase, there is a daily limit of 199 on the total number of chests that can be opened.
Q: What if I miss everyday’s Genesis Box Sale?
A: If you miss out on grabbing the Genesis Box, you can use grapes to open Chests obtained by playing Puzzle War. These Chests are limited to 199 openings per day across the entire server, with no other specific restriction.
The Free Genesis Box is available daily from 8 am UTC to 12 am UTC, with a limited supply of 50 boxes per hour. The Genesis Box paid with $ETH is regularly available with a limit of 33 boxes per hour.
Get More Grapes
Grapes are used to open Free Genesis Boxes, which can be obtained in many ways.
Q: How can I get more grapes?
A: There are two main ways to get grapes.
The recommended way is to finish quests, check-in daily and join a team at ACE Animals Website’s Genesis Box page. Quests will be updated from time to time, stay tuned and don’t miss the opportunity!
Otherwise, you could join giveaways hosted by ACE Animals. Follow ACE Animal’s Twitter and Discord to be early.
Q: Will the check-in quests be refreshed after I claimed all rewards?
A: Yes. Daily quest will be refreshed at 8am UTC everyday, and the rewards available will be refreshed every week!
Q: How to complete the “Join Team” quest?
A: Join or form a four-person team to receive a grape! Please note that the total reward for this task is only 10,000 grapes, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To find teammates or create a team, ACE Animals strongly recommends joining our community and locating your teammates in the join-team channel!
Please note that once you have claimed grapes for the team task, you will not be able to leave the current team and receive new grapes.
Q: Why can’t I complete the “Join Discord Community” quest?
A: After joining the Discord community, you will need to complete an additional verification step to finalize the task.
Please click “Join” button first and join Discord, after then, click “Verify” and follow the process until the “Claim” buttom is available.
Q: Why can’t I join the weekly draw in Discord?
A: ACE Animals holds weekly draw in Discord for all members holding “Adventurer” Role. Chat in the community (send 50+ messages) to get the role!
Account Settings and Asset Management
This is where you can configure you account and check your game assets.
Q: What’s the difference between “ETH” and “ETH (game assets)”?
A: The former is which you deposit in your accounts from any crypto wallets, while the latter is the $ETH that you have earned from ACE Animals.
Q: How to deposit $ETH?
A: Bind a crypto wallet with your Game account at the “Account Settings”, then click “Deposit” under “Ingame Wallet”. Check this guide for detailed instructions.
Q: How to withdraw my $ETH?
A: The deposited $ETH can be withdrawn unconditionally at anytime, check this guide for detailed instructions. $ETH earned from items sold is open for withdrawal for a limited time.
Animal NFT
Animal NFT is the most crucial asset in the ACE Animals ecosystem, currently the only NFT, with a total supply of 3960.
Q: What items are NFT assets? What smart contract is used?
A: Currently, animals are our only NFTs. They are ERC-721 tokens, and will adopt ERC-6551.
You can withdraw animal NFTs or trade them with other users on the official website. The withdrawal feature will be available later.
Q: What is the Animal?
A: ACE Animals is an animal-themed game. The main characters of the game are animals, they participate in all gameplays, and could be raised to upgrade.
Each animal has a different rarity, it goes from low to high, N, R, SR, SSR, and SP. Rarity is an inherent characteristic of each animal and cannot be changed, it amplifies the rewards won by Animals in the game and influence Animals’ attributes.
Q: What is X Animal?
A: X Animals are truly one-of-a-kind animals. Only one X Animal appears in each species, thus its rarity is 1/99. According to the legend of the ACE Animals world, they have incomparable power and appearance making them stand out from the crowd.
Q: How can I get an Animal NFT, specifically?
A: There are two ways to get Animal NFT currently, and both way give you a chance to win a X animal.
Merge NFT Shards into NFT: Gather 10 Animal NFT Shards of the same species, and merge them into a NFT.
Win an Animal from the Animal Card: Among every 199 Genesis Boxes paid with $ETH sold, a lucky buyer will get an Animal Card. Holders will get a random Animal from the card.
Q: What is the total supply of Animal NFT?
A: The current supply of NFT is 3960, and half of the supply is available in Genesis Boxes.
Q: Will there be other NFT assets in the future?
A: After the game is launched, as more games are released and more partnerships are established, we will introduce other NFT assets. However, animals will always be our most important NFT assets.

A: Holding NFT will unlock the 100+ games to be launched on ACE Games in the future, and more in-game benefits & ecosystem benefits are also waiting for you.
The holders of Animal NFT will get a series of benefits in the future, include that the holders can subsequently participate in the platform's token financial income, the higher the quantity and quality of Animal NFTs held, the higher the income.
