In 2022, a group of female entrepreneurs in Peru decided to take action to change this. They founded Women Biz, an organization dedicated to empowering women in emerging technologies.

Women Biz started as a small networking event for women. As the organization grew, it began to offer a variety of programs and services to help women develop their tech skills and start their own businesses.

Today, Women Biz has a community of over 30 ambassadors in Peru and internationally. The organization organizes weekly virtual and in-person events to educate, connect, and inspire women in emerging technologies.
