As Stable Jack, we are excited to announce the Seed Launch Program.

Seed Launch is an incentivized soft launch starting with the mainnet launch until the TGE of $JACK token in which early contributors will be rewarded with JACK Discount Tickets at the TGE. This means that users who participated in Seed Launch will be able to buy JACK tokens at a discount compared to its market price.

How to participate in the Stable Jack Seed Launch?

During the Seed Launch, users will deposit any token including $USDC, $USDT, $AVAX, and $sAVAX into the protocol. In return, they will be able to mint $xAVAX or a$USD.

Note: Until the end of Epoch 1, any deposits will go towards minting a 50:50 ratio of $aUSD and $xAVAX.

Note: Normally, users can either mint $aUSD or $xAVAX, depending on their preference. However, to have a smooth launch, we decided to implement such a mechanism. This will allow us to have deep $xAVAX liquidity which will boost the Collateralization Ratio (CR) higher so that the total protocol TVL can scale.

To incentivize our early users, we will offer several benefits:

1. During the Seed Launch, all Discount Ticket rewards are boosted 2x for every action until TGE.

2. Lower fees

3. [REDACTED] Memecoin Airdrop

4. 10% of the total token allocation is reserved for the Seed Launch, and, the allocation will be distributed in several epochs.

What actions will earn Discount Tickets?

1. Holding $xAVAX or $aUSD

2. Depositing $aUSD into the Rebalance Pool

3. Providing LP to $aUSD-$USDC pools

4. Depositing $xAVAX/$aUSD into other available DeFi protocols

Note: To be eligible for Discount Tickets, users need to lock the LP tokens into Stable Jack. You will not earn Discount Tickets if you don’t lock the LP token. LP tokens will unlock a week after initiating the withdrawal.

Note: Staked $aUSD on the Rebalance Pool is locked for 1 week until the end of Epoch 1. After the Epoch 1, there won’t be any locking for withdrawals.

How long does the Seed Launch take place?

The event will be divided into several epochs in which a threshold in TVL and period need to be reached to start the next epoch.

Here is the list of epochs and target TVLs:

• Epoch 1 - 75K $AVAX in protocol TVL or 2 months

• Epoch 2 - 150K $AVAX in protocol TVL

• Epoch 3 - 300K $AVAX in protocol TVL

• Epoch 4 - 500K $AVAX in protocol TVL

• Epoch 5 - 750K $AVAX in protocol TVL

The period of the future epochs will be announced later.

The Reward Allocation

As mentioned 10% of the total $JACK allocation will be available for Seed Launch participants. The exact allocations for every epoch are as follows:

• Epoch 1 - 750K $JACK tokens - (0.75% of the Total Supply)

• Epoch 2 - 1M $JACK tokens - (1% of the Total Supply)

• Epoch 3 - 2M $JACK tokens - (2% of the Total Supply)

• Epoch 4 - 3M $JACK tokens - (3% of the Total Supply)

• Epoch 5 - 3.25M $JACK tokens - (3.25% of the Total Supply)

Note: At the start of every Epoch, 15% of the Discount Tickets that have been collected from the previous epoch will be directed to the new epoch.

Discount Ticket Boosters

The support of our early community members can’t be underestimated. As a result, we are providing Discount Ticket boosters for the early participants.

• Stable Jack 1st Cohort Role will earn an additional 10% tickets.

• Stable Jack 2nd Cohort Role will earn an additional 7% tickets.

• Platypus Cohort Role will earn an additional 5% tickets.

• Active Testnet Participants completing 100% of the tasks will earn 10% additional tickets.

• Active Testnet Participants completing 75% of the tasks will earn 7% additional tickets.

• Friend of Stable Jack Role will earn an additional 5% tickets.

• If you refer someone, you will earn tickets equal to 10% of the tickets they earn.

• If you come to Stable Jack with a referral link, you will earn 5% additional tickets.

Note: In case, you are eligible for boosters on 2 separate occasions, your total booster will be the sum of those two.

An example: A user has the ‘Stable Jack 1st Cohort’ role and also completed 100% of the tasks in the testnet, so he/she will have a 20% booster.

How to Calculate Your Allocation and Discount?

Depending on how many Discount Tickets you have collected compared to other users, you will get a TOKEN ALLOCATION and DISCOUNT.

Your allocation will depend on your percentage of Discount Tickets compared to the total Discount Tickets collected by the participants. If you have 5% of the total Discount Tickets, your allocation for the Epoch will be 5%.

Your Discount will depend on your TIER. If you earn more Discount Tickets and climb up tiers you’ll get more discounts. The discounts will range from a whopping 50% to 20%.

Tier List

• 1st Tier - 1-500 in the leaderboard - 50% discount

• 2nd Tier - 501-2500 in the leaderboard - 40% discount

• 3rd Tier - 2501-5000 in the leaderboard - 30% discount

• 4th Tier - 5001-10000 in the leaderboard - 20% discount

Note: The rankings and discount allocation may change based on the number of participants.

Incentive Programs After TGE

As we have told you, we want to give OUTSIZED REWARDS to our users and this never ends. So, after the TGE, Contributor Program Season 1 will start and you can be able to collect more Discount Tickets for the future season and earn JACK tokens again!

Note: The numbers and rules that are stated in this article may change during the Seed Launch, or new rules can be added. The team will communicate any changes in public.

Note: As this is a new model that defines a clear set of goals and metrics, the team has the right to make necessary changes to provide a fairer environment for all participants.
