Being an artist requires both input and output. Iāve always said everything is a remix of a remix - from the music you listen to, the house you live in and the clothes you wear everything is an iteration of something pre-existing. Even me and you are iterations of our ancestors.
Yesterday morning I asked my mum to take a few photos of me on my iPhone wearing one of the latest TEJI t-shirt designs. It was quite the full circle moment as the first time I used a camera was when I used to take photos for my mum when she used to resell vintage clothes on eBay, so it felt quite special having her now take photos of me in the clothes Iām trying to now sell.
I recently arrived home from a trip to the USA and came back feeling quite overwhelmed, unsure and afraid of what direction my life needed to take. Iād just spent just over three weeks traveling over the country attending blockchain conferences, music festivals and art shows - I was so inspired yet so intimidated by everyone Iād come across.
CryptoPhunks release NFT Duffle Bag with 'Louis Vuitton'
The CryptoPhunks x Louis Vuitton Duffle is a continuation of permisionless collaborations designed by TEJI. Similar to the previous CryptoPhunks x Nike Pirate Hoodie the duffle features my own personal CryptoPhunk #1717 combined with the Pirate Bay and flipped Louis Vuitton logo in an all-over monogram print.
Nike's first on-chain permissionless collaboration

The Pirate Bay and FrostWire was my first encounter with peer-to-peer networks ā at the time I just wanted learn how to make logos and edit videos for my YouTube channel, but I only now see the true significance of these platforms.
After many sleepless nights I did it, Iād finally launched my first official NFT project, The Tejiverse. The launch had went extremely smoothly, with the public mint selling out within the first three minutes of going live.
