Business Roadmap

Harmonix aims to transform decentralized finance (DeFi) by making crypto investments simpler, more transparent, and innovative. Although still in beta, we've already hit significant milestones, launching our first Option Wheel and Delta Neutral Vaults in early 2024 and achieving $100k in Total Value Locked (TVL) by mid-2024.

Our platform stands out by helping DeFi investors make more money with less risk through automated vaults and sophisticated strategies like delta neutral. Inspired by Ethena, we offer full transparency and security with real-time performance metrics and clear strategy breakdowns.

Partnership and Growth - Q3 2024/September 2024

Our primary focus will be on forging strong partnerships with top protocols and teaming up with major DeFi projects like Pendle to increase our community and awareness. We're working diligently to secure grants and support from key foundations to drive our mission forward. Our development team is preparing to launch new Pendle hedging vaults, providing more ways for you to hedge your investments. We're also rolling out additional liquid re-staking vaults with top projects on Binance, expanding your investment opportunities. To keep our platform at the forefront, we’re optimizing our delta neutral execution engine and integrating with top perpetual DEXs like Hyper Liquid and Paradex.

Expansion and Consolidation - Q4 2024

Our focus will shift to expansion and consolidation. We aim to bring on a top VC as a lead investor and win top accelerator programs. These steps will provide essential funds, strategic guidance, and valuable industry connections. We will continue to develop hedging vaults for other liquid re-staking assets and offer solutions to DeFi protocols, similar to those we've built with Pendle. We're also working on a B2B system and API to broaden our reach and functionality.

Accelerated Growth - Early Q1-Q2 2025

With the support of VCs and key opinion leaders, we aim for exponential growth and partnerships with all liquid staking platforms. Our goal is to offer a comprehensive list of liquid staking assets hedging vaults, develop five options vaults using Harmonix's own strategies and partners, and list the Harmonix token on top exchanges by the end of Q2 2025.

And we are looking forward to achieving our plans for Q3-Q4 2025 - Sustainable Business Model. We aim to establish Harmonix as a DeFi liquidity layer 3 on top of all DeFi protocols and integrate machine learning for enhanced risk management and scalability.

Technical Development Roadmap (Q3 2024 - Q4 2025)

Our technical roadmap aligns closely with our business goals, ensuring that our platform's infrastructure and strategies are robust and scalable.

Foundation and Infrastructure Enhancement - Q3 2024

Optimizing our AWS infrastructure will ensure stability and scalability, which are crucial as we expand. Implementing robust mechanisms for accurate and real-time data feeds from all integrated DEXes will ensure our users always have reliable information.

Strategy Improvement - Q4 2024

For our delta-neutral strategy, we’re optimizing the model between spot and futures markets with extensive backtesting and simulations. The Wheel, our options strategy, will see the integration of advanced filtering models and basic risk management models to improve its robustness and effectiveness.

Advanced Strategy Deployment - Q1 2025

Our optimized delta-neutral strategies will be available to all users, with real-time performance monitoring and adjustment mechanisms in place. We'll continue our R&D efforts to develop additional options strategies aimed at providing consistent yield, test market regime models for enhanced risk management, and refine our strategies based on performance data.

Our plan through Q4 2025 will be successfully developed to match with market needs.

In Q2 2025, we’re diving into machine learning for risk management. Think predictive analytics and real-time risk management built into our trading system. Plus, we’re gearing up to handle high-volume trading like a boss.

Q3 2025 - System Security and Compliance, it's all about leveling up our security and compliance game. We’re rolling out top-notch security measures, making sure we’re ready for any new regulations, and adding more DEXes to boost liquidity. Oh, and we’re upgrading our APIs for smoother performance.

Q4 2025 - Strategy Diversification and Continuous Improvement, we’re taking things up a notch with new trading strategies that can adapt to different market vibes. Our ML models will keep getting smarter, and our infrastructure will be even more scalable and high-performance.
