Spinel Labs is proud to announce a partnership with Green Cultural Travel to create the first investment Squad called Green Initiative DAO Founders Squad. 

We have a chance to meet up and decide to go for a long-term partnership. Green Initiative DAO will be incubated by Spinel Labs with project and marketing growth support.

What will go on?

The Green Initiative DAO Founders Squad is part of an extensive Cooperation Agreement reached that:

• Gives Spinel Labs’ community exclusive access to join Spinel Labs and Green Initiative DAO Squad

• Allows the Green DAO to develop a platform for a world-leading impact-driven DAO.

What will Green Initiative DAO bring?

By joining this Squad you are becoming one of the Founders of the Green Initiative DAO. The Green Initiative DAO will be a place for a community or tribe to gather to invest, travel, connect and make a positive difference to our beautiful but troubled planet.

An investment cornerstone of the DAO will be Green Cultural Travel Pte Ltd which will obtain a Singapore Travel Licence to operate the existing Online Travel Agency (OTA) found at www.greenculturaltravel.com.

This will be operated equally for the benefit of the DAO and Green Cultural Travel Hub Limited, a Singapore Non-Profit with whom the OTA and DAO will enjoy a symbiotic relationship. The OTA itself will continue to offer a Web 2 experience and also create through the DAO a Web3 portal similar in nature to TripAdvisor.

About Green Initiative DAO:

The facilitation of the Green Initiative DAO will enjoy a symbiotic relationship with the Non-Profit and the OTA. 

The Green Initiative DAO will by its nature have an outer decentralized ownership structure with a central core of a regulated investment platform allowing for scalability and investment both on-chain and in real assets such as equities and securities. 

They seek to bring together a tribe of like-minded people to invest both for long-term average returns and a positive social impact.
