In our last post, we talked about the importance of avatars in the social metaverse. Over the last year or so, we saw the surge in popularity of PFP culture through a couple of different means. NFTs become much more than a picture, these were ways for people to express themselves and join communities with like-minded people. On social media platforms like Twitter, people started to build their identity by changing their profile picture to a Bored Ape or CryptoPunk. Taking it one step further, PFP project teams like Clone X recently released 3D files for all their holders. From our perspective, this signal a new era in Web3 where people can create their own brands, following, and step into the social metaverse using their PFP identity.
What appears to be a simple JPEG is now transforming into new digital identities and we’ve built a stepping stone to help you revolutionize your NFTs into something more.
Introducing MYTY Kit…
Built for Unity, MYTY Kit is the first truly open-source and free-to-use SDK for the Social Metaverse. We built it this way because we truly believe that this allows for maximum creativity and potential in the Web3 space. By using the MIT open source license, we grant the freedom to anyone who chooses to use the SDK as they please.
We know that PFP project teams are always looking to increase utility for their project and we wanted to make it as effortless as possible. MYTY Kit is specifically optimized for large 10k PFP collections and project teams have the freedom to transform all ten thousand 2D files into a beautifully animated version in a short few simple steps. Once you have created the avatar files in Unity, it can be used to build apps for Web, iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows.

A truly one-of-a-kind camera application that is integrated with all your favorite applications that have any camera input stream such as Zoom, Google Meet, Twitch to even Discord. It has live facial motion tracking technology that allows the camera to follow the user’s head and facial expressions.
