This is why we decided to first focus on onboarding different NFT PFP (profile picture) collections to our MYTY ecosystem. To achieve this grand mission, we have been tirelessly building behind the scene, and the time has finally come.

We’re very excited to announce that Moonbirds is now supported on the MYTY ecosystem, including MYTY Camera! Moonbirds is now a motion-tracked, metaverse-ready PFP collection.

Through MYTY Camera, avatars in the MYTY ecosystem can not only animate their PFPs through our motion-capture technology but also use them on any webcam-based applications such as Google Meet, Zoom, Discord, etc. It is FREE. No subscription, no NFT purchase. All you need is a Moonbird.

To make this happen, there were countless challenges that we had to overcome, but we’re here to highlight what our users will be interested in!

Class

Before moving on, let’s talk about the class. Based on the Moonbirds’ appearances, we have classified the Moonbirds as follows:

• Owl (9626)

• Robot (150)

• Skeleton (150)

• Legendary (74) — Eligible for exclusive tailoring service (unsupported)

From these classes, MYTY supports Moonbirds with Owl, Robot and Skeleton (9,926) classes. That is 99.26% of the collection. Then what about the other 0.74% of Moonbirds with Legendary class?

Exclusive Tailoring Service (Unsupported Moonbirds)

Congratulations! These Legendary Moonbirds are extremely rare, and special gems need special treatment. Thus, we decided to provide a FREE tailoring service exclusively for these rare Moonbirds.

Those with Legendary class Moonbird can open up a ticket on our Discord, and our team will tailor these Moonbirds without any cost. Once tailored, these Moonbirds will be automatically supported on MYTY Camera. Simply open up a ticket on our Discord and tell us which Legendary Moonbird you have. We will take care of the rest. As simple as that.

Animation

Now, let’s jump right into how Moonbirds will move. MYTY ecosystem, including MYTY Camera, is an environment that allows NFTs to be animated through our motion-capture technology and be used on any webcam-based applications. To achieve the prior core function, our focus has been on animation, a continuous flow of different images.

A) Facial Expression Animation

Moonbirds is a still-image PFP collection with a limited range of facial expressions. While humans naturally open and close their eyes and move their mouths, Moonbirds’ traits do not have these types of facial expressions. So, we have created them.

Furthermore, we created 5 additional mouth shapes, ‘Ah’, ‘Ee’, ‘Oo’, ‘Th’, and ‘L’, in addition to the Moonbirds’ default image.

B) Body Animation

Through MYTY Camera, Moonbirds can not only express emotions but also move their body. Check out how they move!

C) 2.5 Dimension

In the case of Moonbirds, the body and face are one piece. While this unique characteristic makes Moonbirds such a cute and distinctive PFP, it limits the range of movements and expressions.

To provide the best quality avatar, we have implemented the 2.5 dimension technique. Despite Moonbirds being a 2D avatar, the 2.5 dimension technique enables it to look like 3D. Check out the below video to see how glasses, tuft, and face expand and contract!
