1. Market Data & Analysis

This week, Voxels witnessed an almost 15% jump in its average price. The increase coincided with the launch of its new Architect Island, which further contributed to a 1.2% rise in its total land cap over the past 7 days. Voxel’s floor price was also up, outperforming that of both Somnium Space and Worldwide Webb.

Meanwhile, Land #8009 sold for 8.98 ETH, representing the highest-price transaction for Voxels in the previous 3 months.

Despite showing the lowest land market cap of all projects listed on OneLand at $29.4m, the average price of land in Somnium Space jumped 5.5% over the week. This might have been due to the positive news of a $4M Series A funding round for French hardware startup Lynx, led by Somnium Space.

Amidst the encircling market gloom, Otherside maintained its ascent and overriding market dominance, its average price and land cap up another 7.1% and 5.7% respectively. Though high prices may be finally taking its toll on buyer sentiment for the burgeoning behemoth, as trading volume slunk a massive 51.3% for the week.

The illuvium Land Sale will kick off **June 2, 13:00 UTC **and run till **June 5, 13:00 UTC. **Illuvium’s official IlluviDex marketplace will host the land sale. 20,000 Lands will be offered in the first sale, from a total of 100,000.

Everdome’s first Land Auction will commence May 30 at 11:00 UTC with 12,000 plots auctioned in total — 1,500 per week.
