Staking with The Sandbox
The Sandbox enables users to stake $SAND, but not LAND. The current APY for staking $SAND with The Sandbox is 5.37%*.
If you hold LANDs in your wallet, you’ll earn a higher APY. However, this higher APY is limited to 2,000 $SAND per LAND that you own.
Why Stake your LAND with OneLand?
OneLand allows you to stake your LAND (without $SAND) to earn $SAND.
Alternatively, you can stake your $SAND to earn a higher APY (approx. 10%) than from The Sandbox.
How is it possible to earn a higher APY with OneLand?
OneLand built a smart contract that pools all of the staked LAND and $SAND, thus obtaining a higher APY than staking $SAND alone.
How to stake your Sandbox LAND with OneLand
If you are a LANDowner:
Step 1: Go to OneLand’s LAND Staking page.
Step 2: Connect your wallet & switch to Polygon. (If needed, you can bridge your LANDs from Ethereum to Polygon here.)
Step 3: Select the LAND/s you want to stake, & press Stake.
If you are a $SAND owner:
Step 1: Go to OneLand’s $SAND Staking page.
Step 2: Connect your wallet & switch to Polygon. (If needed, you can bridge your $SAND from Ethereum to Polygon here.)
Step 3: Select the amount of $SAND you want to stake, & press Stake.
How to Claim your Rewards
Step 1: Click My Earnings on the left side of the page
