Cause Analysis :

The overall NFT market was sluggish, resulting in a low average transaction price; at the same time, there were fewer New Year activities in February than in January, resulting in a significant drop in the number of visits.

The top 10 independent land sales are concentrated near Genesis Plaza, driving up the average land price.

The overall popularity of the Metaverse sector has declined, coupled with the lack of official Decentraland recent actions, so the sales indicators have dropped significantly.
