As one of the first chains to implement Starkware’s zero-knowledge roll-up technology, ImmutableX did not only make zero gas and instant transactions possible for numerous players, it has saved 2,656,408,332 kWh of electricity.

We, Carvers, are a group of game enthusiasts, who select a number of gorgeous, fun games each month and summarize them into one article. There are loads of amazing titles on ImmutableX, and today we picked out five of them that caught our very attention to share with the crowd.

1. Illuvium

Carv’s Take:

A decentralized NFT collection and auto-battling game with amazing graphics. You can explore the 7 exotic landscapes in the Overworld, and conquer the wilderness with your illuvials squad. All in-game NFTs can be traded on Illuvium’s NFT marketplace.

Illuvium is a play-to-earn game in a graphically-rich sci-fi adventure where you can conquer the wilderness to grow your illuvials squad. Features such as, exploring an open world (OverWorld), collecting NFTs (Illuvials and lands) and autobattling (Arena) are all built into one.

In the OverWorld, players can explore 7 exotic landscapes, uncover the cataclysmic events, and hunt and capture hundreds of Illuvials. Those deadly beasts each possess hybrid synergies and unique abilities.

In the PvP Arena, You can participate in and/or bet your wage on matches, and train your illuvials, fuse them into stronger evolutions. Build your own alien monster crew and prove yourself there!

Stake your $ILV token and earn $sILV as in-game rewards by playing, competing and finishing. All your illuvials, loots, and other crafted NFT items such as lands can be traded on Illuvium’s NFT marketplace, with zero gas and instant transactions, thanks to Immutable X and Starkware technology.

2. Gods Unchained

Carv’s Take:

Free to play but not pay to win. Gods Unchained gives you complete ownership over your in-game items. Collect rare cards, build your deck and sell cards to other players. But to rise through the ranks, you'll need to tactically outsmart your opponent at every turn.

Are you bored with repetitive card trading battles? Come and compete in Gods Unchained’s royal battle - a competitive, balanced, and strategic TCG with 1v1 battle style familiarity but pleasant variations. Work your way through the ranks, earn and collect all the Gods, spell, and weapon cards with scarcity, build and power up them by defeating your opponents, and trade them with others to build the best suite that fits your playstyle.

Led by the former game director of Magic The Gathering: Arena and built by ex-Google and Riot Games engineers, Gods Unchained has managed to attract a significant level of attention from GameFi and achieved  $52 million worth of cards exchanged, $570k prize pool in the tournament.

With letting players enter the game without any cost and have complete ownership of their assets at heart, the MTG studio partnered with Immutable X to make sure all in-game items are secured and entitled to the player through smart contracts and designed a fair mechanism that allows players to unlock cards simply by playing the games.

3. Guild of Guardians

​​Carv’s take:

A F2P multiplayer mobile RPG with a vision to turn millions of players’ passion for the game into real assets. Gamers can build their own Guardian squad and compete in a guild to earn and trade in a massive open-world economy.

A multiplayer, fantasy, action-based mobile RPG with 150,000 pre-registered and 230k+ on the waitlist. Still in the development phase yet all NFTs are already sold out.

In this fantasy world, gamers can build their dream team of Guardians through challenging dungeons to collect resources and earn experience. With those resources on hand, they can craft rare items and summon new Guardians. Those are their on-chain assets that can be traded or sold for real money. The guilds, or multiplayer gameplay, offer their members access to exclusive game modes, where they bring in their best Guardian dream team to fight the toughest raids, rank up on the leaderboard, and earn seasonal unique, and juicy rewards.

In-game currency, named Gems, is issued and distributed by Guardians Guild ltd. Gems can be earned for free by playing the game, and are used to mint new assets, make purchases in either primary or secondary markets, and are entitled to voting rights on major game decisions.

4. Highrise

Carv’s take:

Users can build their own avatar shtick in the digital continent, in which they can also own and decorate lands, create their own nations, and cultivate their exclusive identities. Highrise World is a metaverse built by its own users.

With 8 years and 15 million users being the solid foundation, Highrise has developed its own identity as a community. Every month, over 2 million citizens are active in the Highrise World to create experiences, play games, and socialize in this 10+ million virtual community.

Highrise is a social network game where cool people and personalities from all over the world hang out. But it’s more than just mingling, socializing, and staying in touch with others. It is also a virtual world in which you can just be whoever you want with your own awesome digital avatar creation.

In Highrise, you can create a virtual version of yourself by choosing from tons of fashionable looks. This second-virtual life simulation offers you varieties of fun stuff to do. Everything you can and cannot do in real life is available here:

5. Ember Sword

Carv’s take:

A social sandbox MMORPG with unique PvP and PvE gameplay created by a team of creative artists, programmers, and designers. If you and your buddies are wandering around the outlands of a nation, the groundbreaking AI-Game Master always makes sure epic events are always awaiting

Ember Sword is a social sandbox MMORPG set in an open-world adventure game in which the player is not limited to completing specific quests, but is also given the freedom to explore, interact, modify the landscape and/or influence the game economy.

The state of art AI-Game Master makes sure epic dynamic events are always awaiting. If players wander around in the open land they will likely be approached by an NPC or creature offering the opportunity to create or participate in a new experience.

You can choose to prove your worth and skills by going on epic adventures or exploring the world peacefully as merchants. Whatever you want to do is entirely up to you. From combat to mining, fishing, woodcutting, and more, everything you do will increase your skill level, unlock new advancements, increase efficiency or develop new abilities.

Its classless combat system allows players to develop their own unique skill sets. And you are not limited to just one weapon or playstyle. The choice is always yours.
