Community-Driven Product Launch:

We’ve partnered with 25 stakeholders to fund the reserve account with our 3rd party custodial partner. Each stakeholder contributed $1,000 for a total of $25,000. This $25,000 remains untouched in a reserve account with our 3rd party partner. This allows us to soft-launch our MVP which unlocks value to our customers, including;

• ACH (bank wire) onramp
• Daily Transaction Limit Increases from $1,000 - $5,000 (60-Days until next increase request)
• Buy/Sell/Trade Digital Assets/Crypto
• Off-Chain & On-Chain transactions

Stakeholders are strategic community leaders united by our mission to close wealth gaps across race, ethnicity, & gender through investing in technology and/or Blockchain. Each stakeholder is likely an investor, owner, operator, and/or customers of our business and has a history of creating safe spaces and opportunities for underserved groups.

How stakeholders are Paid:

Stakeholders receive a guaranteed 10% APY (annual percentage yield), paid out bi-annually according to:

• Transaction Fee Revenue: (expected 2.5% average transaction fee for our first $100,000 platform transactions)
