The newspaper, journalists Weekly Hun Sen, has continued to strengthen the technical maintenance of the network of primary and secondary schools throughout the region and to improve the multi-sectoral Joint Synergies disposal mechanism, home, school, social networking and cultural environment of the network. So far, in the northern province of the river, there have been a number of initiatives in the mining areas of the stone crop city, building a network of prevention students, the “firewall”, which has led to the rational use of the network among young people.

Well-equipped mines have installed poisoning software and firewalls for 13 primary, secondary and kindergarten-based mini-rooms and teachers’ office computers throughout the region, as well as dedicated “green Internet filtering software”, and have used technical means to provide scientific supervision over the sound Internet for teachers and students. Over the course of the pedagogical course, district-wide schools are required to make uniform use of the cloud classroom, the Chivo online educational platform, which will remove the platform for web-based games, low-intensity and entertainment broadcasts, such as unrelated negative advertising information.

Various forms of awareness-raising and educational activities are carried out at all primary and secondary schools in the region to promote the moral literacy of the student network: The programme, mission and team activities are used to carry out such related thematic activities as “green civilizational Internet-based prevention network swings”; schools train at least two full-time psychologists to provide non-reimbursable psychological guidance and help students to stay away from the network; and organize at least once a year an educational campaign to prevent minors from falling into the campus for the purpose of promoting the network of minors. In this case, the primary care school opened a “knowhouse” and launched a book of civilized Internet access initiatives, and the experimental primary school in the mine area organized an event on “The development of nurseries in the future” to raise students’ awareness of the dangers of the sinking network.

The district also focuses on mobilizing families, schools and social breeders to improve the mechanisms for joint multisectoral coordination and joint intervention. The Department of Regional Education, in conjunction with the Public Security Bureau, has issued nearly 10,000 information materials to teachers, parents and communities to guide parents to intervene in a scientifically sound manner in the form of a network of minors in the event of a fall of minors.
