On the afternoon of March 30, in the nucleic acid screening of a key area related to a positive case in another province and city, our city found that one of the “10 people mixed tube” was positive, and then carried out single tube nucleic acid sampling and antigen detection. After one of them was found to be positive, we immediately controlled his family and colleagues and tested for antigen and nucleic acid. As of 1:00 a.m. on the 31st, a total of 5 people were found to be nucleic acid positive and 2 people were antigen positive, which was at risk of social spread. In order to fully protect public health and safety and effectively prevent the spread of the epidemic, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 According to the study and judgment of the municipal expert group, it is now designated as: Changtai international community (south area a), Yunlin street, Xishan District, meilinhu Garden community, Chunmanyuan community, Jiangxiang, Shunke village, Qianqiao street, Huishan District, Wanda apartment, Huadi international building, Xinan new village, Xibei NEW village, Donggu Lane home, Lihu street, Binhu District, Yuanjiawan, Changguang community, Xuelang street, Binhu District, and Jiangsu Information Vocational and technical college, Implement the “area closed, stay at home, door-to-door service”, and strictly implement home isolation measures for personnel in the area. Carry out the first round of full staff nucleic acid detection in Xishan District, Huishan District and Binhu District, manage according to the control area, and implement “no community, no gathering”. Optimize and adjust the prevention and control measures according to the epidemic situation.

2、 All kinds of schools at all levels in the urban area will suspend offline teaching except the third grade of senior high school. All off campus training institutions (including nursery institutions) and trusteeship institutions in the city suspended offline training (care) activities.

3、 In addition to supermarkets, farmers’ markets, medical institutions, pharmacies, catering enterprises (only providing takeout services), other business places and stores in the urban area are suspended.

4、 All operating vehicles (including subway) in the urban area will be temporarily suspended, including passenger lines, tourist charter buses, urban public transport, freight logistics, taxis, online car hailing, etc.

5、 Strict management of personnel going out, citizens do not have to go out or leave tin, and take the initiative to cooperate in nucleic acid testing. If it is necessary to leave tin, it is necessary to hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 24 hours.

6、 Suspend on-site sweeping activities. From 0:00 on March 31, in addition to the need for the burial (release) of ashes, the city closed all cemeteries, urn (tower Mausoleum) and other places for the placement of ashes, and suspended the on-site worship and sweeping activities of the masses.
