US Patent and Trademark Office trademark attorney Mike Kondoudis tweeted that watch manufacturer Rolex (ROLEX) has recently filed a trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) covering NFTs, NFT-supported media, NFT markets, encryption keys and transactions, Virtual commodity auctions, virtual currency and cryptocurrency transactions and transfers, etc.
