FTX clients in Brazil are preparing to file a class action lawsuit against FTX, News.Bitcoin reported. The plaintiffs were clients who held more than $100,000 on the exchange at the time of FTX’s bankruptcy, with local cryptocurrency mining firm Arthur Mining leading the lawsuit. Litigation will be filed in the United States or the Bahamas. Ray Nasser, CEO of Arthur Mining, said, "Our company has no exposure to FTX at all, but we want to support the victims. Many people have been affected."
