How to Participate

Enter Wandering Bera Quest to complete uniBTC tasks from Bedrock, Kodiak and Dolomit. Claim BERA at faucet and complete below campaign tasks to participate.

Participation Guide

Step 1: Claim 2 $BERA from faucet

You’ll need at least 2 BERA to complete all tasks.

*Note on the faucet: Berachain is enforcing minimum 0.001 ETH balance and 8 hours timebox to claim BERA at faucet.

Step 2: Buy WBTC with BERA at Kodiak (min. amount 0.00045 WBTC)

1. Access the kodiak dApp

Visit the Kodiak dApp Ensure that you are connected to Bartio Testnet by checking on the upper right corner of the screen. Connect your wallet.

2. Select WBTC (Wrapped Bitcoin) as your asset.

3. Swap

Input the amount you wish to exchange.

4. Confirm the transaction details.

Click on the “Confirm Swap” button. From here, confirm the transaction by signing and approving the pop-ups from your Web3 wallet.

5. Complete

Once the swap is successful, a message will appear confirming your swap amount and the amount of WBTC.

Step 3 Mint uniBTC on Bedrock (min. amount 0.0002 WBTC)

1. Access the Bedrock dApp 

Visit the Bedrock dApp and ensure that you are connected to Bartio Testnet by checking on the upper right corner of the screen. Connect your wallet.

2. Input Amount

Deposit 0.0001 WBTC to mint uniBTC.

3.Stake

Click on the “Stake” button. From here, confirm the transaction by signing and approving the pop-ups from your Web3 wallet.

4.Complete

Once the stake is successful, a message will appear confirming your staked amount and the amount of uniBTC minted. You will also be able to view your uniBTC balance on the dashboard.

Step 4 Add liquidity to WBTC/uniBTC island on Kodiak (min. 0.0001 BTC)

1. Access Kodiak-liquidity-islands

2. Provide liquidity to the Kodiak uniBTC-WBTC Island

Go to the “Deposit” section and enter the amount of uniBTC or WBTC you want to deposit. Ensure that the sum of the uniBTC and WBTC token amounts that are provided as liquidity is at least 0.0001 (ex: providing 0.0001 uniBTC and 0.0001 WBTC to the Island would satisfy the requirement).

Click “Supply” and approve the token allowances for both uniBTC and WBTC. Confirm the two transactions in your wallet.

Click “Confirm Supply” and confirm the transaction in your wallet.

3. Click “Confirm Supply” and confirm the transaction in your wallet.

Step 5 Open uniBTC borrow position on Dolomite (min. 0.0001 in uniBTC)

1.Access the Dolomite dApp

Visit the Dolomite dApp and ensure that you are connected to Bartio Testnet by checking on the upper right corner of the screen. Connect your wallet.

2.Deposit

Click on the “Deposit” button.

Deposit 0.0001 uniBTC

Click on the “UNLOCK” button. From here, confirm the transaction by signing and approving the pop-ups from your Web3 wallet.

3.Open uniBTC borrow position

Click on the “Open uniBTC borrow position” button.

4.Select uniBTC and “Add”  amount 0.0001 uniBTC

Click on the “Add” button. From here, confirm the transaction by signing and approving the pop-ups from your Web3 wallet.

5.Complete

Once the Add is successful, a message will appear confirming your open borrow position with uniBTC collateral You will also be able to view your uniBTC balance on the dashboard.
