The long-awaited unstaking feature is finally here, giving Bedrock users more control over their assets. Starting now, you can easily unstake your uniBTC on the Ethereum network—an upgrade built to meet community demand. This launch marks another milestone in Bedrock’s mission to empower its community with tools that prioritize flexibility, simplicity, and security.
Here’s everything you need to know to get started:
Fee
A 0.5% fee applies to all unstaking transactions (subject to future adjustment).
Limits
Minimum amount to unstake: 0.0001 BTC; maximum: 10 BTC.
Processing Time
uniBTC unstaking will take approximately 8 days.
Rewards Update
Once you initiate unstaking, you will stop earning rewards on the specified assets.
Follow these steps to unstake your uniBTC through Bedrock’s dApp:
Visit the Bedrock dApp and head to the Products tab.
Choose uniBTC, then navigate to the Unstake tab.
Connect your wallet and select the Ethereum network.
Enter the amount of uniBTC you wish to unstake (minimum: 0.0001 BTC, maximum: 10 BTC).
Hit the “Unstake” button and confirm the transaction.
That’s it! Once your uniBTC is unstaked, you can easily manage your assets across networks. Bedrock also supports bridging to Arbitrum, BNB Smart Chain, and Ethereum, offering seamless portfolio management.
We’re thrilled to see how you’ll make use of this feature and look forward to your feedback. If you have any questions or need help, reach out to our team or join the conversation in the Bedrock community.
Stay tuned for updates as we continue to expand our unstaking options and bring even more exciting features to the Bedrock ecosystem!
