上篇介绍了运行节点的教程，而运行节点需要投入相对大的成本和时间，对于不想动手运行节点，但也想持有并质押FORT获利的老板，可以进行委托质押。

池子选择
To choose a scanner pool, you can visit the pools page in the Forta App and consider the following factors:
Yield Score: This is the output of a formula (APY Pool_i = {1 + ( LastEpochRewardsForDelegators_i / LastEpochDelegatorsTotalStake_i )} ^ 52 -1) that nodes and other community members have found helpful when thinking about potential rewards from delegation. The formula extrapolates potential rewards on an annual basis, based on the pool’s rewards from the last epoch.
SLA Score: Higher SLA scores in an epoch result in higher rewards. This metric is viewable in each pool profile.
Uptime: More time online in an epoch results in higher rewards. This metric is viewable in each pool profile.
Commission: Lower node commissions result in higher rewards for delegators. Note that pool owners can modify their commissions periodically each epoch.
Available stake allocation capacity: Unallocated stake does not generate rewards.
根据官方文档和个人经验，主要根据SLA、Uptime、Commission选择池子。
其中，SLA（最高为1）和Uptime（最高为100%）越高越好，Commission（即佣金）越低越好，但一般来说低于35%都有卸磨杀驴的嫌疑（即先以低佣金吸引委托质押，再悄悄上调佣金，由于解除质押须等待10个自然日，对于委托质押者来说，会造成麻烦和损失）。
池子页面的APY是假设每周复投的年化收益率，有一定参考意义。
操作步骤
- 访问Forta Pools页面，点击右上角Connect Wallet连接钱包
- 在当前页面选择一个池子，点进去
- 在池子页面点击Delegate
- 输入想委托质押的数量并Approve、确认（Approve需要一点时间，先别关闭这个弹窗）
- 等待Approve完成
- 点击Delegate并确认，等链上确认后即质押成功
领取奖励
每周二Forta项目方会发放上周奖励，须手动在”My Rewards”中Claim。
