1️⃣ Download MetaMask: https://metamask.io/download/

2️⃣ Install MetaMask (Browser extension)

3️⃣ Create a Wallet or Import an Existing Wallet

4️⃣ Go to https://chainlist.org/

5️⃣ Search Avalanche and click the Connect Wallet button.

6️⃣ Click the Approve button on your MetaMask first and then the Switch Network button.

7️⃣ Now you have successfully added the Avalanche network to your MetaMask. Send funds and some AVAX (used as a gas fee) to your wallet address to participate in CIAN alpha test event.
