In Deriverse Testnet Season 1, Deriverse tested its smart contracts behind the options, futures and spot trading mechanisms, and achieved some incredible results, including:

• $150M+ in testnet trading volume

• 2,200+ unique traders

• 0 calculation errors in smart contracts

However, one key piece of feedback stood out from our users: they wanted an improved mobile user experience. We've heard you loud and clear, and we've built enhancements for Season 2 to deliver just that!

What’s New in Testnet Season 2?

Deriverse Testnet Season 2 focuses on testing future perpetual swaps and spot trading functionalities, bringing us closer to our vision of a fully decentralized trading hub on Solana. Testnet Season 2 is introducing the following new features:

• Simplified UI

• Mobile version

• Perpetual swaps

This testnet is not just about validating our technology—it’s also about engaging with our community, rewarding participation, and fostering a robust user base.

How to Join Deriverse Testnet Season 2

Becoming part of Testnet Season 2 is simple. Here’s how you can get involved based on your role in the community:

1. You’re a Community Member: Join Deriverse Testnet Season 2 waitlist by going to www.deriverse.io and hitting the Join Testnet Waitlist button! Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive a unique invite code to share with others. The top 100 referrers will split 330,000 points.

   • 1st place: 50,000 points

   • 2nd place: 30,000 points

   • 3rd place: 20,000 points

   • 4th to 10th place: 10,000 points

   • 11th to 30th place: 3,000 points

   • 31st to 50th place: 2,000 points

   • 51st to 100th place: 1,000 points

   But that is not all! Every referrer will get points!

2. You’re a Trader: Participate in the testnet by trading, testing your trading skills in competitions, and filling out feedback forms. All participants who submit meaningful feedback will collectively split 500,000 Deriverse Points. Top 10 useful feedbacks will be rewarded. We’ll be also running Deriverse Trading Contests. We’re planning to reward the traders who achieve:

   1. Top PnL: top traders will collectively split 400,000 Deriverse Points.

   2. Top Trading Volumes: top traders will collectively split 100,000 Deriverse Points.

   More information on the trading competitions will be released soon.

   Note: By actively engaging in Testnet Season 2, you’ll accumulate Deriverse Points. The scope of the incentivized activities can be subject to change. This framework may be subject to change. Community members who signed up via our website in Q1 & Q2 2025 will be automatically included in the waitlist.

Testnet Season 2 - Phases

1. Phase 1 - Closed Testnet: We invite early testers to identify bugs and provide feedback while earning bonus rewards. This exclusive phase is open to a curated group of select traders—if you have trading experience and would like to help, please reach out to us on X (Twitter) or Discord via DM for preferential access.

2. Phase 2 - Open Testnet: After making sure the platform works as intended, the testnet will open to all registered traders. Participants can join trading competitions, provide feedback, and earn points and prizes. Signed up community members will receive early access to Open Testnet. Join the Deriverse Testnet Season 2 for early access by going to www.deriverse.io and hitting the Join Testnet Waitlist button! Invite others to earn Deriverse Points in our Referral Campaign.

3. Phase 3 - Open Testnet Trading Contest: We’ll be also running Deriverse Trading Contests. We’ll be providing more information soon.

Fair Play Only: Deriverse is committed to maintaining a fair and genuine user base. Participants flagged for fraudulent activity may be disqualified, and additional verification may be required.
