It is not known at what stage the ecosystem will be in 10 years from now.What kind of adaptation will it be, at what stage will Decentralization take place, will it create a social transformation?

We build primitive decentralized models.Decentralization, by its very nature, needs community. Underdeveloped states have strong leaders and people depend on that person. In the utopian state theory, there is a strong system state and the people rule that system. Developed decentralized ecosystems should not have executive individuals.
